Will this fit in resmed machine

It depends on which machine you have it fits the airsense 10, s9 and aircurve machines. The book with your cpap will tell you which one you have. Mine has the filter compartment on the side the little filters are approx 1inch by 1.5 inches.

Would these fit the devilbiss DV 54-uk?

Official Resmed ones (non-hypo) instruct to change every 4-6 months, these ones (non-hypo)instruct to change every 2 weeks. Why the huge difference?

I found that these were half the thickness, so I would assume that's the reason for the change. I have put 2 together and change it once a month. You can obtain these via the NHS if you contact them, they will send in the post.
