Is this powder water soluble, please?

Yes, it doesn't take much to make a big difference. We've had customers use it to dye fountains in London during the protests (though we do not condone the behaviour, it was very effective).

Does this colour fondant and butter cream.

Yep sure does. It’s coloured everything Iv used it for so far without fail, just be sure to mix well and less is more with this stuff!

Can I use this to add to sugar to make coloured cany floss

Yes u can use it as it's a normal food colour

Both. I find it dissolves very quickly in water giving a bright red appearance. Slightly darker red in oils

I use this for my Indian dishes, just to give them a little colour and I’d say it’s quite salty so it eliminates me having to use salt lol. Our local Indian has these bright red onion bhajis so that was the main reason I bought this product so I could make my own and I also use it for my chicken tikka. Comes out perfectly. A little goes a long way! I still pretty much have the full tub and I’ve had it about a year now

Bought this for various curry’s and Chinese cooking. Colour is very vibrant and does its intended job. Only thing is the more you add, the saltier your food becomes
