Good product and price

Be careful with staining- will wash out of skin after washing thoroughly. I still try to use gloves / avoid touching it. Also colour is a little orange / red. I think it includes beta carotene (orange dye) as well as red 40 (red dye).

Arrived on time well packaged. Haven't had chance to make red velvet cake with it yet, looking forward to it.

Great value for the price and it does exactly what is meant to do. The less you use the lighter the colour (a little goes a long way in colour terms so experiment with your quantity first for the desired colour effect) Comes in a variety of colours and in a handy size storage jar.

I love this powder for my chicken tikka much better than liquid and I only needed about a level teaspoon but be careful it stains really bad I wore gloves when putting my chicken on the skewers 5*

Worst taste and taste when you use this for red velvet cake. Do not use it. Its not a quality product
