Perfect out of the box!
My first ever 144hz+ monitor. Everything is so smooth. No issues with QC. I do a lot of work in the mornings and have to have my brightness down real low with the Windows blue light filter on. The brightness on this thing can get *real* low, so it's perfect for me. Annoyingly, Google Docs doesn't seem to run at 165hz, so scrolling in docs is a bit janky, but everything else is fire. I've not had a chance to take it for a spin in a game yet but will do soon. I can't test freesync as my GPU is a 970. But at least now I've future-proofed myself. Another good thing about this one is it's 400£, the LG 27 and the gigabyte were all over £400, so it was kinda nice to pick this one up and save a few quid there. Though if the Viewsonic Elite comes out during Black Friday sales, it might be an idea to pick that one up. But I have a feeling all the monitors that will be on sale during that time will be the ones no one really wants. Like the older panels that came out years ago. I'm a huge fan of the minimal—non-gamer aesthetic, the bezel is nice and thin too. The stand is great, very easy to set up, and has a low desk footprint. Also has all your degrees of freedom. The biggest concern for me was the QC stuff. Mine is fine. I had a feeling that you tend to get selection bias with QC, or report bias, as you only see the people with issues on Reddit etc. But this looks fine. Backlight bleed, IPS glow, I've never really understood what they actually are, but when the screen is completely black it looks black. There's no spotting of white light. Whites are white too. I've heard of reports of white looking yellow—all looks good to me, but again, I'm not so sensitive to that stuff. I like that the firmware is stripped down—no crosshairs ect. I've not had a play with HDR yet, I tried enabling it but windows couldn't pick it up as an HDR monitor? Also, I've heard this monitor has better contrast than the LG. So if you're like me and aren't too concern about response times but care more about image quality, I'd pick this one. Hopefully, the monitor doesn't fall about with use! Glad to see Pixio are in the UK. Best of all, I got one before the Xmas holidays! I know a lot of the LGs aren't coming into people who preorder in August! So I was worried it would never come out of preorder status and I'd be without a good monitor for my holiday. Anyway, I think if you're thinking about pulling the trigger, you should go for it. I'm sure more UK reviews will start trickling in. So if people need help re input lag, freesync compatibility, there should be some people to answer those questions. Thanks for the new monitor!

A real gem of a monitor at this price point!
I needed a monitor urgently and was looking at one of the LG models but unfortunately the one I was after was out of stock everywhere so after a bit of research I ordered a PX7 Prime. My usage is probably quite typical, some gaming, simulation, photo editing, watching youtube and the general stuff most of us do. Well I'm now so glad I couldn't find the LG, this monitor is fantastic, as other have said beautiful colours, great viewing angles, smart looking, no dead pixels or light bleed that I can find, in fact I can't fault it at all. Sure, it may lack some of the high end features and fancy LED lighting of other more expensive monitors but for what I bought it for it does the job perfectly and at no point have I found myself thinking "I wish it could do that!", it does all the important stuff and it does it well. I'm sure there are some monitor experts that would argue that on paper it's not quite as good as x,y,z but for the average Joe who just wants a very good 27" 1440p IPS 165Hz monitor at a decent price you will be hard pressed to find a better one than this.

You get everything you want!
Well. What can I say about this monitor that hasn’t been said already. I used to play at 1440p at only 60hz so to go from that refresh rate to 144hz is an absolute shocker, really improves everything! Yes I know it’s advertised at 165hz but it isn’t really defined for that refresh rate yet so I’d recommend you to keep it to 144hz. The stand for me is great! The movement of it and actually people say it wobbles but because they’re anti-skid tabs for the bottom of the default stand and I love it so it doesn’t slide everywhere on my desk! I have never seen such a beautiful picture on a monitor too, the colours pop and look accurate and thankful I chose the right monitor for the job I wanted. The price is perfect id say as you get all you want for the specs you get, yes the 165hz is a teaser but it’s still great for the price it is! I did start off with some panic as I couldn’t get the monitor over 75hz and started to panic but little did I know that changing your display port can actually help out a lot in what it does to your performance. I also didn’t know how to turn on the monitor in the first place haha, but you do have to push the cables in as far as they go! But other then that it’s a perfect monitor and I do not regret my purchase! Highly recommend

Great monitor for the price. One of the best 1440p ips panels available.
Great gaming monitor. For best quality without overshoot, run on 144hz with response time on middle. Has gsync which is a game changer, games feel so much smokther with it on. Nice colours. The stand isnt bad, allows you to turn screen, adjust angle, and height. The build isnt the sturdiest, its all plastic and the back popped off a little when i moved it to clean my desk. Was easy enough to pop back on. 27 inches at 1440p is perfect.

What an incredible monitor for the price
Really is one of the best looking monitors about. Sleek and minimal, it will look great on any desk. Picture quality out of the box is next level. The colours are ridiculous. Great for gaming. It’s a difficult world to choose from when buying a monitor, but of my options I’m really glad I chose this. Running a 1080p OG PS4 through it with no issues, still looks great. No backlight issues noticed at all, and no noticed dead pixels. Sturdy build quality from metal and plastic, looks like good quality. Bezels are tiny. Would recommend.

I very rarely review products, but given the short history this company has and my experience, I felt it necessary to review this PX7 Prime monitor. As the lowest priced monitor with the specs listed, this was a mixed feeling going into the purchase. I hadn't heard of Pixio until I started actively searching for monitors, but at the price point below even the budget Asus monitors, I looked into it. The stats on the monitors were excellent for how they were priced, but I wasn't sure if that was the right move or not. I gambled on it and ordered 3 to replace my aging 23" Dell work monitors, knowing I'd be using these for gaming as well. First off, the order came in about a week earlier than indicated, which was awesome. I've been working remote, so an early arrival wasn't an issue. Just remember to check your shipping information (mine were sent FedEx) and tracking. The shipping company is going to be the best bet over the Amazon tracking. They arrived with only some minor damage in the outer box. They were shipping in a "shell" box over the nice, red consumer-friendly box, so that didn't bother me. I still verified the main boxes were damage free before opening them. I tested each monitor individually, on all 3 ports (both DisplayPorts and the single HDMI) before I proceeded with keeping them. They checked out great (no dead pixels), so I went ahead and mounted them. Running them on my home machine, I was blown away. Now, keep in mind, I'm hardly a professional gamer, merely an avid dabbler, nor am I a graphic designer. However, when it comes to my experience compared to Xbox and PC gaming on a 4K TV, going to the smaller 27" 1440 monitor was an upgrade. The refresh rate of 165hz makes things insanely clear and fluid, and yes, the Steam FPS counter did confirm that it can hit 165 FPS (tapped it a few times in GTA V and Skyrim). For comparisons, I'm running an EVGA RTX 2080 Ti Black Edition with an i9-9900k, so your mileage may vary. On my work laptop, text is clearer, WAY more real estate than before, and the color/brightness is certainly improved over my old monitors. If there's one gripe, it's brightness. It's VERY bright, to the point I had to drop it down to 50 on the monitors, just to keep eye strain down. That's something I can adjust, so I'm not knocking any stars for that. Either way, if you're considering a Pixio product, and especially the PX7 Prime, know that you're getting an outstanding product for the money. It's only been a few days since I've had these, but no dead pixels and no issues thus far. P.S. KEEP THE BOX THE MONITOR CAME IN!!! If there's a need for service, shipping back in the original box assures safe transport.

It’s hard to find the perfect monitor for all applications ,but this monitor is a excellent all rounder .I was surprise to see that the black uniformity of my monitor is very good compared to the testing model Rtings gets. For me it’s a great upgrade from 1080p gaming. With hdr ,and wide color gamut and 165hz panel you can’t go wrong.Buy it! You won’t regret it.(if it’s Prime)

Wer sich was gönnen will ist hier genau richtig 👍🏻

Amazon, doveva arrivare lunedi e invece sabato, ottimo lavoro.
