Does the job, has saved the day on multiple occasions ;) Lube the entry and tip before using, go slow, and clean it when done, it shouldn't hurt when done correctly. I don't have much to compare it to other than not having when I would want, and it is better than those cheap prefilled fleet bottles. Wash before use, and after use!

Easy to use. Just squeeze the buld empty and fill it with a glass or bowl and it will pull water in. Super affective. I used it about 10 washed or so and got most myself cleaned. Hadn't been that cleaned in some time.

Really easy to use beginner douche.

Bulb is a good size which helps to prevent overly filling yourself up. The design of it though… terrible. The fill hole is super tiny making it difficult to fill with water or put the nozzle on. Nozzle is made of cheap plastic. I’ll use it since I already bought it but I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I’ll be buying a better quality one as soon as I wear this one out. Considering the build quality it won’t be long till the nozzle starts slipping off from having to jam it in.

Writing a review for an enema bulb can be soooo tempting to have a little fun in the process. Okay look, this is a good size bulb that's fairly easy to use. The nozzles are okay. You fill it with your preferred liquid (epsom salt solution, saline solution, plain water, coffee, whatever) and uh... stick it up yer backside. Squeeze it, hold in the fluid as long as possible, void. The process is pretty straight forward. The nozzles are a decent size. Cleanup can be easy or messy, depending, but no worse than changing a diaper. There's my 'professional' review. It works. ; )
