Rubie's mens Mortal Kombat Raiden Adult Sized Costumes, As Shown, Standard US

Considering most costumes are cheap and don't fit well, this was decent quality. The hat is actually some basket woven type material (I expected plastic and flimsy). There are a lot of pieces to the costume and overall its a great costume. Considering the price we paid, it was a great buy.

If you think to buy this item, it means that you are either going to cosplay or just searching for a Halloween costume that would make you stand out. I have been cosplaying since 2005, and I usually make my own costumes. However, this year, I have to have three costumes for three day Comic Convention, so I bought this item. The costume doesn't look like picture at all, plus I am so so so so so sure that it will not fit you. I am 6 ft 180 Lbs but still it's very lose, and it doesn't fit at all. The jump suit is about 7 ft long and very baggy. The arm guards and shin guards are made with extremely cheap paper and color is very dirty. Tabard and shoulder guards which are attached to the Jump suit don't look similar to the what is shown in the picture. Colors are faded and looks vulgar. Shin guards and Gauntlets are approximately 7-8 inches wide, and they will not fit your wrist or ankles. Many people don't understand that just because this is an officially licensed mortal kombat costume, it doesn't mean that Mortal Combat has manufactured it, but it means that Mortal Combat approves of a design and gives permission to manufacture it. So be careful about that. Overall, It took me 2 hours to get ready because I cosplay with very experienced folks. I had to made sure that this costume fits well, thus, I had to pin it every where. If you don't know what costume to buy or what to cosplay, visit local Halloween stores or party city. They have fitting rooms, so you can try it on and see how it looks. One good thing about this item was the fact that I paid about $50 in comparison with $75 in Halloween stores. What I would suggest is to go to SpiritHalloween, try whatever costume you want buy. Once it fits you, note down the size, immediately look for the price on Amazon. I guarantee you Amazon will sell it for cheap. Ultimately you can order the same size on Amazon. Once again, the pic that selling is showing is PhotoShopped big time. It won't look like this in person.

I wanted to leave behind a really worthwhile and accurate review for potential buyers. The costume is a one-piece jumpsuit. It fits rather comfortable for me, a 5'10, 165 lb. guy. The jumpsuit is very thin and see-through. Also, it is not restroom friendly so that is my biggest gripe. I had somebody create a fly for me with velcro so I could easily relieve my bladder when needed. The shin/arm guards are cool but I didn't feel they were necessary and felt a bit awkward when strapped on. The hat is the best part as it's the immediate giveaway to the character, and it's a well-made hat too. The belt isn't anything special and there are no pockets so consider where you'll store your wallet, keys, phone, etc. The hood that comes with it is comfortable, maybe a little bit baggy but fits well and covers the head thoroughly. Overall, I did like the costume and when compared to the Scorpion/Sub-Zero costumes out there, this one looks more true and authentic to the character. There are no shoes included so I would advise looking for some cheap ninja moccassins that would complement the look nicely.

I bought this costume to use for my Mortal Kombat Halloween Theme, and so mad about the whole thing. First off there was no hat, which is the number one thing for Raiden when it comes to his costume. The costume is poorly made, thin as hell and way too big for an average size person. The guards are horrible looking and are cheap as can be looks no tbh ing like the picture on the package or online. Such a joke. Do Not waste your money!

The costume is definitely not worth the money. It's better to invest into a decent cosplay or even beef up the current design.

Came complete costume looks awesome only thing texture of fabric feels really thin so i wouldn't recommend for a party or hardcored trick or treating lol! More for looks only. But costume looks awesome! The top hat AWESOME! THANKS!

I loved this costume and would buy it again. I'm average/slim, weigh about 180, and 5'9. Had extra room when I purchased a medium for breathing space in the costume and for me it wasn't see through. I legit wore dark blue underwear and a T-shirt comfortably and could not once see it.
