This products should be in longer expiration date because I ordered them a lot to be 2 dozens. At least 2-3 years to be expired. 😑

Good potency, sheets can stick together making separation a bit clumsy and irritating to apply to skin, takes some effort to separate and apply to skin areas by avoiding wrinkles. Works good but doesn't seem to last before having to replace a fresher one for continued soothing of sore areas.

Great product that works
I purchased this product for my Phillipino friend who said someone from her country let her try one of these and she wanted to know if Amazon sold them. Of course they did! She was a little shocked at the price but she said the product was so good she was willing to pay the price.

Excellent pain relief
Excellent pain relief for my lower back. It creates heat to bring circulation to loosen up the muscles.

No heat
Compared to other products this is zero. I felt no relief from this patch. I have been using tiger balm patches and at times I could use something a little warmer to help with my back pain. I was disappointed with this product. I will try it again.
