Amazing results! Do yourself a favor and try it!
OkI’m a doctor and thought this was stupid!BUT, I lost more weight in 2 months than I had ever lost.My foot pain disappeared in 3 weeksMy psoriasis was gone in 4 weeksMy mood improved in 2 weeks. My cravings were gone in 10 daysI followed it perfectly and have gotten AMAZING results. My husband followed it 80% and got good results ( had to buy new smaller belt at 6 weeks)He’s so impressed with my progress that he is now fully on board and doing the plan perfectly too.I really am surprised by the results. I had used three high powered psoriasis creams for two years and nothing workedI had always believed Americans are nuts about fad diets. But , for this doctor, I am sold on Wheatbelly!I now ( after 2 months) have new problems. My shoes are too big ( I have lost a lot of swelling), my rings are too big! If the weight loss continues, I will need ALL new clothes!

Amazing!
Since about age 20 (I'm 55 now), I've had the "spare tire" that exercise alone would not eliminate, and I have exercised religiously over the years. I came across an online article in which Dr. Davis stated, "there is no such thing as a breakfast cereal that is good for you." I was only slightly overweight at the time, but I lost 10 - 12 pounds in less than three weeks by simply eliminating cereal and wheat bread from my diet. It was at this time I purchased the Wheat Belly 30-minute cookbook and have used it weekly since then. I've since lost a few more pounds, but above all else I feel great! The most difficult part is getting started. An additional bonus for me is that I've taken up cooking seriously for the first time, and I have really enjoyed it.I recommend the cookbook. Get set to hear, "you've lost weight and you look great!"

Great book, great program!
At first glance I was a little disappointed because there seemed to be so many recipes that had already been in his other cookbooks, which I have. After giving it a day or two and then checking it out again, I liked the way he has taken those recipes and created bulk versions of them, making it easier to make multiple recipes from the one batch. The recipes are really good and there are many new ones I haven't tried yet. I have been strictly following Wheat Belly for just over 4 weeks and it's the first diet in my life that really seems to work. I know from many, many years of experience that you can lose weight with just about any diet. What matters is how easy it is to stick to and what benefits you receive from it. This has been the easiest 4 weeks ever!!! (other than withdrawal symptoms the first week) I never feel hungry or deprived and the healthy side effects I've experienced have convinced me to never eat wheat again! I've never had those healthy side effects from any other diet. Don't want to get too personal but let me just say that I've been having incontinence issues for the past 2 years and that completely disappeared the first week!!!!!!!! That alone is totally amazing to me!! I've also had a cyst on my back for 10 years that wouldn't go away no matter what the doctors did. After 4 weeks, it's gone!!!!!! Not wanting to gross anyone out but had to let others know what amazing things you might experience that you wouldn't normally associate with losing a little weight. Oh, I've lost 12 pounds also! Coming off very slowly now but nothing can make me go back to my old way of eating, or dieting!! It's hard to wrap my head around the concept of low carb, high fat, high protein after eating the opposite way for so many years but hey, it works! Back to the book.... There are so many great, basic recipes in here that it could be the only cookbook you need to really get started eating healthy. Lots of wonderful breakfast ideas (I've tried a lot of them and they were all good), good soups, veggie dishes and main meals plus a big dessert section. It's not about substituting more bad stuff for your current bad stuff, but rather finding a way to create very healthy satisfying meals for you and your family so no one even notices they're on a special diet. One family member refuses to give up wheat but I've been making these recipes for all his meals at home and he hasn't noticed the missing grains. Nothing in here is difficult to make and they take very little time but there's still some great meals you wouldn't mind serving to company. I highly recommend it!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!
Back in March of this year I lost 22 lbs. in 4 weeks from only cooking out of the wheat belly cookbook. I still have about 12 lbs to go, but don't have the time to make the recipes. It feels like I've been waiting forever for this 30-minute or less cookbook to come out. Finally it arrived Christmas Eve and then I fell in love. The only time consuming thing about this cookbook for a beginner is going to be getting familiar with the ingredients and where to locate them. So far today I made the Beef stroganoff, crab stuffed mushrooms and the spicy chicken. All were excellent and only took 15 to 30 minutes which is life changing compared to the other recipe book :)

Wheat belly
This book has no only changed my life but also the life of my entire family. We have three generations eating the Wheat Belly way. I am off my heart medication and my cholesterol medication thanks to this way of eating. My depression is gone. Anxiety gone. Intestinal issues, gone. This is truly life changing!

American but...
The book is from America written by an American so weights are in cups and some ingredients need 'interpretation'. Some of the recipes are very American and there are lots of basic 'British' foods that do not appear. Having said that, and having read Dr Davis book Wheat Belly, it does offer some alternatives to the forbidden wheat based bread, cake, biscuit luxuries of everyday living as well as giving one a number of good ideas for eating healthily. I can't see me trying all the recipes but some are certainly becoming regulars in our daily diet.

Very useful book on the hidden dangers of wheat
Very useful book, explaining the symptoms I have after eating wheat and how wheat has changed in recent years due to selective breeding and genetic modification so that it really is no longer the wheat our ancestors ate, or even what people 20 years ago ate.I suspect in future years people will be far more careful about how much wheat they consume, especially the strong high-gluten bread wheat.Lots of ideas for eating without wheat without relying too much on other concentrated grains.

Read it. Do it. See results for yourselves. I cleaned up for 4 weeks then ate like I used to but in small quantities Just because I needed to know it wasn't a gymic Had to get something called colosan to cleanse and reset.Clean, organic, food, real food... is what my body needs and likes.Other wise bloating, gas, hands face feet puffiness. Thirsty constantly. Moody all return when I don't eat clean.

Wheat free cooking
Needed instructions to get away from cooking with wheat products, the recipes are nothing special but it’s lessons in wheat free, and you need to know your zucchini from your cilantro plus cup measures, just google it🤣

A Mistake
I didn't intend to order this on Kindle but somehow my browsing turned into an order (not Amazon's fault but due to my lack of Kindle experience). I have erased it as I didn't find the Wheat Belly Diet unsuitable.
