How do you contact company about warranty? My lid broke.

My lid also broke and can't find contact for company. They're not responding to reviews either

How is this comparable to the yeti brand? Is this a “you get what you pay” for jug?

I have a Yeti mug but I ordered the Sunwill because it had a lid that allowed me to slide-close a cover over the sipper hole. The slider broke fairly soon, within about a month of daily use. Otherwise, the Sunwill does a good job of keeping my coffee hot...similar to the Yeti mug.

They sell similar mugs everywhere- but not for this price. I think it's a good value. The clear lid will stain once used a few times.

As long as it’s hot going in. Thicker stuff might cool down a little faster. But I have used it for brothy type soups. So I know it works for those.
