Product comes fresh and the seasonings, sesame seeds and oil helps to minimize added ingredients. I use these to add to sticky rice to make Jumoek Bap 주먹밥 (Korean rice balls) and it comes out perfect! I have ordered 3 times and will continue to do so! Makes the perfect snack! Yum!

I thought this was tasty. I use it for my poke bowls and need to stock up again :) sprinkled over rice w/ rice vinegar, sliced avocado, tobiko, cream cheese, and lightly marinated king kampachi with a sauce I made, and some spicy Mayo. Yum!!! I thought the flavor was just right and not overbearing where it takes away from other ingredients that are part of the dish.

Not the brand I usually buy from the International grocery, I decided to try this instead. Good packaging, product was tasty.. not quite seasoned enough for my liking. The only issue was the seaweed was very oily. It wasn't dried and easily scattered or topped to dishes. The taste was fine, but used as a "finishing" touch to sushi and other dishes it wasn't that appealing to the eye.

I sprinkle over rice. It is so yummy.

I found a recipe for okonomiyaki and this seaweed was suggested as one of the toppings. I LOVE the flavor. I put it on my okonomiyaki, but it's great as a snack too!

The one made by “C-weed Snack” is the good one.

It's ok if you usually eat very bland food. I tend to underseason my food compared to most, and find this lacking in flavor and taste. The packaging also says it is a gift with purchase or some discounted special deal which is not disclosed on this site...just an FYI.
