Good cane sugar but white and very refined
I usually purchase cane sugar in person at the grocery store, and choose the slightly more coarse grained cane sugar that is not - or is less - refined, retaining more of a beige/caramel color and not the bleached white. I was in need of this sugar quickly so I purchased it online and am more or less pleased, with a couple of exceptions. First, the description does not detail that it is refined, bleached, or bright white. Second, the packaging is very good but is labeled in a confusing manner, stating: "cane sugar sourced from country or countries printed near best by, packed in USA".

Prefer it for homemade bread
I make vegan bread rolls and cane sugar is an ingredient. I'm not sure if it's the white flour (instead of wheat flour) or can sugar (instead of table sugar), but both of these together make rolls FAR fluffier and softer.
