This item is honestly a way higher quality than I was expecting for the price. Excellent value. Even more impressive though was that this past winter (which was exceptionally cold here in the Northeastern US) my unit suffered some damage. I asked this company to send me just the single part I needed to do the repair, but they actually sent me an entirely new shower system! Now I have a full set of spare parts. Really easy support team to work with. Highly recommend.

I bought the shower 2 years ago. This year when I went to turn it on the handle was leaking excessively. This is an outdoor shower in our pool house so it needs to be drained each year. When I took it apart the module on the inside was cracked. They reached out to Amazon and they weren't able to do anything but I reached out to the manufacturer. They asked for some pictures I sent them. They said this shouldn't have happened and they sent me a new part 3 Days later. I guess they stand behind their product which is rare these days. Especially from foreign manufacturers. I would recommend them.

The faucet looks great and works well now. We drained it for the winter and had a leak in the spring. Contacted customer service and they were great. Sent us a replacement part and have made sure we are happy. Couldn't ask for better service. Hopefully next winter we will insulate it and have no more problems. Very happy overall.

*AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE* A piece of the shower system broke during the winter months after I winterized properly. I contacted the company and they immediately responded via email - they then sent me an entire new shower system as a replacement without any hassle. I did not even have to pay for shipping. The product itself is nice, but the customer service is even better. I figured I would be on my own after the purchase was made well over a year ago, but they made sure I was satisfied with no questions asked. Would absolutely recommend this company and product!

Had it for one summer (half in the sun during the day) and then stored away in the garage. Following season started leaking from the head shaft. The rubber seal had disintegrated. Tried a generic hose rubber but will not work. It needs a custom part and they don’t sell it.

So far so good. Product seems well designed and was an easy install. I am using it in New Jersey for an outdoor shower and I get compliments on its appearance

We really like this outdoor shower. After 2 years one of the gaskets wore out. Reached out to customer service and they were responsive and helpful and replaced the part for free (excluding shipping) within 5 days. Very grateful!!

Installed for less than 6 months and it’s split/faulty. Seller refusing to refund. Do not buy from this seller as the are most unhelpful and sell defective products and offer no repair, replacement or refund (less than a year ago I bought it). Now involved Amazon and reporting this seller to them. Also reported to trading standards.
