Gluten free flour
I was in need to purchase this flour for some food based recipes I was making. First time using it, and I am very happy with the results. Everything turned out well, baked well and will be buying this again. Not much else I can add, only if it is something you need, give it a try, I do not think you will be disappointed. Bob has always made very good products. I use many of Bob's Red Mill, I like because they are organic and the company is employee owned, this is a big one for me.

Great gluten free substitute
While my Amazon order never showed up, I was able to get a bag from Kroger, so I will review the product, not my ongoing issues with Amazon. Gluten free baked goods are notoriously bad. My theory is that people are using different types of flours that have their own flavor like almond, and it's clashing with the flavors that they're going for. When I found this one, I knew that Red Mill was a good brand, and 1-to-1 baking flour sounded like the best substitute for regular flour in baked goods. The texture is a bit different which makes sense because it's hard to mimic gluten proteins. My first product was a strawberry cupcake, but the texture was more like a muffin. My second product was a banana bread muffin with chocolate chips, and it was less fluffy than usual. My third product was a chocolate chip cookie cake, and it was a bit chalky. I personally liked the first two, and I wasn't a huge fan of the third, but I'm also used to making and eating baked goods with regular flour. However the two people I made them for with celiac said they were some of the best baked goods they've ever had, and that's really what it's all about. I'm not trying to say I'm a great baker, but I am saying that this is a great product.

My go to GF flour
I buy Bobโs red mill gluten-free flour in bulk. I have tried all of the gluten-free flowers and I have settled on Bobโs red mill as the very best. Everything cooks perfectly. I have no problems I make everything from scratch. I gluten-free bake almost every day. I use Bobโs Redmill for tortillas, pancakes, bagels, cookies, muffins, English muffins, waffles literally anything bread. If Iโm using Bobโs Redmill, I know Iโm not gonna have an issue.

I still detest GF but ENJOYED THIS! Will buy again.
This really surprised me. I usually hate gluten-free baking, but I genuinely enjoyed this. The taste and texture turned out great, and it mixes easily with good mixability. It really is a 1-1 substitute, though I noticed the batter benefits from a short rest and a pinch more moisture to recipes for the better rise and overall results. Thereโs a very slight grainy texture, but itโs minimal and didnโt bother me. Overall, itโs solid value for money and one of the better gluten-free flours Iโve tried. Pricy but cheaper here than most GF flours elsewhere, so take that as you will.

Bakes just like regular flour. Started buying this brand as I read theyโre employee owned. Itโs a little expensive but delicious.

Best gluten free flour.
This flour is expensive however I think it is the best that I have found for gluten free crumble, pancakes etc. So I'll keep buying it for the above reasons.

Just like regular flour
Excellent. Exactly what it says 1:1 flour for baking that more or less tastes like a regular flour based product. Cookies, cakes, cupcakes, pancakes all good. Havenโt tried to make bread, croissants, items where the specific consistency of flour is more essential to the outcome but basic cake like goods turn out well.
