I live on acreage and it's dark. These are great for versatile placement on the porch or land, without needing any power. They continue to work through the rain and storms and light up the path. The lights are super bright but they are enough. I've had some for over a year and they are still working and still in place. Stable enought that no storms have blown them away. And the price is perfect.

I have bought many solar lights before years ago. Most of them worked for a few weeks and then died. When they were working, they started to light up at around 5-6 PM, and by 8-9 PM, the battery ran out, so in general, they were not very useful. I thought the new motion-sensing solar lights might solve this problem, so I decided to try it out. This is the first motion-sensing solar light set I bought. There are six solar lights in the box. They came with screws for installation. The solar lights are triangular so the solar panel is at 45 degrees when installed on the wall. They were lightweight but, true to the advertisement, weatherproofed. The sensors work well; they detect movements 10-30 feets away (with a direct line of sight). The bright LEDs light up the walkway as desired at night. Thanks to the motion sensors, the lights work even in the winter-clouded days with no direct sunlight. There are three lighting modes: dim but long-lasting, bright, or motion-activated. You can change the setting with a button on the front. You press the button to cycle through the modes, but it is difficult to tell which mode is activated during the daytime. You can cover the light sensors to see the effect. The lights are easy to install and have been operating for over two months without any problems. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

The kit comes with 6 lights. It arrived with 5 in great shape and 1 not so good. The five: These lights are small, lightweight and easy to install. With 3 settings I was able to provide just what I needed for backyard lighting. When motion activated they stay on for about 2 minutes. They have a dim and a bright setting with motion activation. I'm not a fan of the photocell. The light produced is dim but I bought them for motion lights and to that purpose they work great. The one: The solar cell has a protective film over it. For the five, it simply peeled off. On this one it was adhered and would not come off. I took pictures and sent them to the support email explaining that the film would not come off and that there were sections where the lens was crushed. The response I got back instructed me to remove the film. After 30 minutes of scrubbing with goof off the protective film finally came off. However there were still three places along the edge that were crushed. I sent new pictures showing I did what was asked and never heard back. I went ahead and hung the light. It worked for a couple of days, but after a strong thunderstorm, water penetrated the lens and it no longer functions. For the price point, getting 5 of 6 working lights is still a positive. However though I need 6 more, I am hesitant after the complete lack of customer service.

These lights exceeded my expectations. They do an excellent job lighting up the darker sides of my house, which were previously hard to see at night. The brightness is strong and consistent, and the battery holds a great charge. They stay on for a long time and perform reliably every night. Installation was simple, and overall they deliver exactly what they promise. Highly recommend.

These are great lights. Bought more to use for emergencies as well as the yard and driveway.

These solar lights work great and give off a nice amount of light at night. They were easy to set up, and the 10-pack makes it simple to line a walkway, patio, or garden area. They look nice outside and have been a great value so far.

I purchased these lights 3 years ago. They are installed on the outside of my pool cage in direct sunlight in Florida. To this day, the work perfectly. They stay charged, come on when they detect motion, and even pressure washing the pool cage hasn't affected them. They are a great buy, and highly recommended!

Added 6 to my backyard fence and 2 above my front door and they seem to work great! It should be noted that they give off a more bluish/cooler toned hue. I wish they projected a warmer toned light, but I can't really complain! It's only been a few days but so far so good! Easy to install, motion detection seems good, no complaints yet! I'll follow up with updates as time goes on but for the price, these are fantastic and they do the job! UPDATE 9/29/23: I have had issues where it simply won’t light up. I scroll thru the different modes and only then will it light up. Mind you, the lights are placed so they are not easily accessible so no one is messing with the settings. It’s just odd that even with a full day of direct sun, sometimes it just doesn’t work until I scroll through the different light modes. Also I got 2 above my front door and that area gets sunlight throughout the day, but at night, the intensity is non existent. The ones in my backyard are so bright but the ones in the front barely illuminate the area. Not sure why. I even tried switching out the front and back units, but it’s the same issue; the front ones don’t seem to be as powerful, but again, they get enough sunlight during the day so I don’t know what the issue is.

Very bright

Bought these to light up a dark country stairway of a front porch. We use them in mode 3 which is motion detection with full brightness. The motion detection has very good sensitivity. The light very bright in this mode and covers a good area even though we only have them mounted 3 feet from the ground. After installing 6 of these lights we had a 48 hr power outage and being in the country it was very dark. We realized we had 4 remaining lights so we used them to light up areas inside the house as we walked around. They made awesome emergency lights! During the daylight hours we would move them to a sunny window to recharge and then as darkness moved in we placed them in areas of the house that we wanted motion-activated light in. They worked really well along stairways and landings. We placed them on their side and directed the light as needed. We were so impressed with using them as emergency lights that we ordered 2 more boxes of these lights for our other home as well.

My daughter bought some of these for me and I loved them so much I bought more for the other side of my garden.
