This cordless trimmer has met my expectations spot on. It is quite handy and delivers very fine details. The battery also lasts for a long period without the need to recharge.

I have had many trimmers in the past in this is the best yet. When i got to the barbers they often use this product so i thought i would purchase for shape ups inbetween trims. This is the rechargeable option and the battery lasts very long. It can also be used whilst charging if you forget to charge it. This does exactly what it says on the tin... a detailed trim. Very sharp depending on how you adjust it but doesnt clip your skin. My only gribe is one of the adjustment screws on the blade had a defect so it was extremely difficult to losen or tighten. I managed to do it with some fight but doesnt take away how great the prodcut is. Once i replace the blade in the future i will have no more issues. Would recommend

Faulty product doesn’t work and seller wants to give partial refund. Do not buy this item on here as you will struggle to get a refund should it be faulty. The machine is extremely sharp leaving the face with a rash and after a month or so doesn’t charge at all. Seller is not cooperative at all. Damaged item

I have had to return a few pairs of, these are great, the downside is the lack of accessories, but worth it *****

I currently own the corded version of these detailers and have done for about 4/5 years now. I then purchased the cordless version with the black body about two years ago. I was very disappointed with the power output and the closeness of the cut that came from them but I just put up with them anyway as they were easier to use at home that a corded version. My friend who is a barber asked to borrow them agreed they weren’t that great. But then around a month ago when she cut my hair she had purchased the new updated wahl cordless detailers and immediately I was very impressed! These are what the first version of these should have been. Much sturdier, a level or two above at cutting and closeness and also much more powerful. I managed to sell the first version on eBay then put the cash towards purchasing these and am very happy with them.

i use clippers instead of shaving my face due to my skin's sensitivity. my over 10-year-old clippers died so i wanted to find a good replacement: i found the perfect solution in this wahl detailer: its perfectly aligned blades neither nick nor cut the skin nor pull the hair (which my old clippers did) while giving a very close and safe and comfortable shave. it comes with a nicely heavy charging base into which the clipper slides easily. to learn more about my little machine i read the history of wahl and it is inspiring to see its history and its still illinois-manufacturing. i highly recommend for all these reasons.
