This marble run set has been a huge hit in our house. My son(9yr old) received it as a Christmas gift, and he’s had so much fun playing with it. The pieces are good quality and feel sturdy, which is important since it gets used a lot. It was also easy to put together, and he was able to start building and playing with it pretty quickly. It’s a great toy for keeping kids entertained while also letting them be creative. Overall, I would definitely recommend this as a gift—it’s fun, easy to use, and well made.

*Updated: The more we play, the more frustrating this set is because the pieces like to fall apart very easily if you’re not great at creating a stable creation which results in a frustrated mom and boy. Keep that in mind if you’re child wants to do it independently and is also new to marble runs. That aside, it’s fun. I just wish the small set had more pieces, especially bases to keep it stable to be able to create different designs.*_______ So I gave this a 5 star because although it didn’t make me feel like it’s amazing, it’s great for the price and quality. Our son loved it this morning during Christmas. My husband and him built a few drops. Pros: easy to use, marbles are pretty, the light and glow in the dark feature was a hit, and you can achieve a few different drops with the amount you have. Cons: This isn’t the most sturdiest set, seems to be easy to snap if you have an energetic child like ours so be careful, and wish they have come out with an expansion by now. Over all this is fun and the kid loves it!

The kids (ages 4,6,8) love this marble run! It entertains them for hours and the glow in the dark marbles are so cool. Unfortunately two pieces were flawed, and we already threw away the box. I wish there was a way to get a few replacement pieces than return the whole set!

I saw this and I knew I had to get it. I didn't even notice that there are other brands of marble runs so I cannot compare it to those, but these marbles GLOW and that's an important feature to me. The instructions aren't great so it requires some experimentation to get a satisfying run, but that's part of the fun in my opinion. I've built 2 runs so far. The first was mostly learning and I only used about half of the 80 pieces. My 2nd one is much better and used all but 3 pieces. I'm really tempted to buy more immediately, but I'm going to play around with this some more before I spend even more money. I've only had it a day. I do wish the pieces fit more snuggly and it can be a bit wobbly, but this may be more to do with my inexperience at design. My 2nd attempt is just a fraction of an inch under 3 and a half feet tall using 4 bases. Despite the wobbly factor, rest assured, you can run marbles down it consistently. Occasionally one might fly off or get stuck, but if one gets stuck, other marbles dislodge it and only about 1 in 15 at worst seem to fly off.

pretty nifty toy. Quite a variety of ways you can set up your marble run, and it can go into storage nice and compact. I will caution about the marble size, though: stick to marbles that are closer in size to the ones provided in the kit. Larger ones will have a tendency to get stuck. Also, make sure that run is as level as possible, as that can also affect how the marbles go through the run. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase.

Bought this for my nephew for Christmas, and he loved it.

soo cool and fun

I got it for my 2 and 4yo kids, and even though It says it’s for 8yo+, it is really a lot of fun for young kids. There is no wrong way to construct it, so possibilities are literally unlimited. It is even more fun when you turn off the lights and the marbles glow and slide in an intricate way.

This thing is great. The glowing marbles are a nice touch. It is sturdy enough that it stays standing even when it's on carpet and we don't have a base on every leg. Easy to assemble. My 6-year-old easily builds tracks on his own. My only complaint is that we like to do marble races but there aren't enough pieces to make two equal tracks or to start a race evenly. Now I know, for future marble track purchases, which I'm sure we'll be making. It's a great toy. Tons of fun. And it arrived stupid fast too, which is a nice bonus.

Good quality made with thick and smooth plastics. No rough or sharp edges and everything works wonderful. The luminous marbles are amazing too! My two kids 7 and 9 yo totally enjoying themselves playing with it. May consider getting more to extend their structure and creativity to build more complex structures

Fue regalo para mi hijo y le encanto, al usar canicas/marbles nunca hay que dejarlos sin supervision. no posee instructivo para armar las estructuras, sin embargo despues de la primera que armas, todo se vuelve super facil e intuitivo. La calidad del plastico es muy buena para el tipo de juguete, i.e. no encontraras plasticos mas robustos a menos que sacrifiques el diseño, si tiene piezas que rapidamente se rompieron por pisar o tirar por accidente. Las canicas/marbles no estan bien fabricadas, se nota que se resanaron manualmente despues de agregar los elementos de luminisencia, sin embargo si cumplen muy bien el objetivo de brillar despues de iluminarlas con la lampara que viene incluida, lo compre en descuento en hot sale y definitivamente lo recomiendo!!

Le cadeau a fait tilt. Pas mal de configurations possibles, les billes phosphorescentes sont jolies dans la nuit. Convient pour une tranche d'âge de 6-11 ans je dirais (mais les plus grands peuvent s'amuser avec aussi).
