Paper is good not as thick as the one they I had but still good, color do come out pretty good but yellow as you can see starts disappearing by around 50% while the other colors disappear at 10%... because yellow disappear sooner than the other color it makes light gray colors look a bit pink ish by 30%, other than that I am happy with the quality

The ink and paper worked really well for my events. No issues at all. This is actually not a generic product it definitely from the manufacturer.

One was defective. Check both before it is too late to return.
I have purchased 3 times in the past but the last time I ordered, one of the paper rolls was cracked. Because of this, it kept jamming and would not print. Because it was ordered as a two pack, and I used the good one first , I did not find out it was defective until months after purchase. I sent the seller a request for refund or replacement since it is unusable and never got a response back.
