My brother's electric fireplace died. Bought him this one. He's happy and toasty warm.

Size is small but fine for an apartment. If you want a larger size, you'll pay over $100. Easy to use. I like the fire colors, which you can adjust if you like. Only thing I do not like is that once it warms up, the thermostat does not turn itself off, so I manually have to turn down the temp. Thus I removed a star. I have a large bedroom and it heats the entire hedroom, and into the hallway - makes my 'central' heat not run much or at all when I use it. Solid build. Good quality materials. There is no remote for the item I chose. Some DO have remotes. You assemble the legs on the main body of the heater. Easy assembly, altho I still need to take a screwdriver to fully drive screws on. Thus heater is off the floor. My cats stay away from it, altho they like watching the fake flames. I have no concerns with safety with this particular device (altho I would not leave it on if I was gone for any length of time). Definitely would recommend this product, and the brand whuch has various options to choose from.

4.5 stars This arrived today and I immediately had to set it up. It was packaged well. The legs have to be screwed on. It has a sturdy three prong plug. Likes: The door opens and has a cute handle. The finish is AMAAAAAZING! The top, sides and back stay cool. It puts out heat! Our furnace has been struggling with some cold temps but this little guy has our 12x16 ft living room super toasty. The flame looks pretty dang realistic from a few feet away. The color is spot on. Thermostat control allows you to “set a temperature” basically meaning it won’t just stay on forever. Dislikes: The heater doesn’t stay on continuously (both a pro and con really) — meaning if you’re sitting in front of it you’ll be toasty one second and cool the next. The fan for the heat only has one setting— meaning you’ll be hot as you know what and then cold when it turns off. Only if you sit right in front of it. Otherwise the fan output is great because it pushes the heat out. Doesn’t matter to me but the “fireplace” can be on without the heat but not the other way around. Also there was no remote control. Crackling sound is sort of goofy but if you close your eyes and imagine a cold breeze and the smell of fire it’s convincing enough ;) Overall I feel like this was a good purchase for us.

You have to be carful of the bottom heater, heats small spaces well but pulls quite a bit of power, very cute for what it is! color looks like it is and is sturdy some assembly but not a big deal.

I have had this now for 3 years, it works great! Heats up a nice sized bedroom. I’m so impressed how well it works!

So I’ve always wanted a fireplace, i love the warm and coziness of the view of a fireplace in fall and winter. But I’ve never had the pleasure of having one. So i was excited to see this! It was the perfect size and color to fit right in front of my console. The first day it arrived it was absolutely beautiful. Though it was still quite warm even in Illinois at that time, when I came home from work I would turn on the flame and sound for the vibe and leave the heat off. I didn’t use it everyday, just a few days each week in the evening. But before long I started noticing it wasn’t as brightly lit as it was the first day i turned it on. Then before long the flame feature was completely gone. Hasn’t even taken a month off light to medium usage. So i contacted the seller (I believe in contacting the seller before leaving bad reviews), showed them these exact photos, and they offered a 30% refund. I refused it because without the flame feature. This is just a regular space heater. And a 30% refund isn’t even enough to buy regular space heater. I chucked the $180+ out because i specifically wanted the flame feature. I already have plenty of space heaters at home. So they offered to send me a new heater with the working flame. I accepted hoping that the initial one that i got was just a fluke. They delivered it, but i wasn’t able to really use it to test it out again because I traveled for 5 weeks. Came back in the middle of winter and turned it on. It’s been about 3 weeks again of light usage, and yet again. The flame feature is practically gone. A huge waste of money. It literally last like 2 weeks of light use. By week 3 you start seeing the dimming, and by week 4, there is no flame. Right when the return window closes. Save your money, or take your chances, up to you to decide. Now I’ve got to figure out where to dump this disappointment.

it's cute but two small I like to enjoy the fire but when sitting in my recliner can't see it looks more like a toy fireplace.

Although dimensions are posted, it’s a lot smaller than I imagined, but true to the measurements. It is truly adorable! Nice and compact, so I can leave it in the room for the summer. It won’t get in the way. Although that attic visiting family guest room has baseboard heaters (turned off when no one is visiting), I am enjoying the lil fireplace heater for instant coziness when I come upstairs to do something. The style and color make a quaint decor. I am very happy I bought it. I hope it lasts. I must add, be sure you want either or all: WiFi capability, remote, cool to the touch. I prefer this simple model, no remote, no WiFi capability

Calienta bastante rápido una habitación de 9m2, el efecto de flama se ve bastante agradable y aunque es un poco más pequeña de lo que esperaba, funciona bastante bien. El recibo de la luz no se incremento demasiado en la temporada en que la utilicé, aunque se botó la pastilla al tenerla prendida junto con la lavadora, el microondas y otros electrodomésticos pequeños, dejando entrever qué si tiene un consumo bastante alto de energía. Muy buen producto, quedé satisfecha.

Plutôt petit ( compact) mais très pratique dans espace restreint..dans notre condo il est bien installé et prends peu d’espace. Distribue une belle chaleur. ( ajustable) en plus de nous donner une apparence très agréable de belles flammes….et surprise..il offre un crépitement de feu de foyer( contrôlable). Très bien fait. Bien lire les recommandations pour le branchement.. Voilà un bel achat. ***Cependant il n’y a pas d’ instructions en français.( contraire aux normes canadiennes sous cet aspect)..l’anglais et l’Espagnol sont la norme ici!.

This is tiny and so adorable. Our primary need was a space heater, but we wanted it to be less of an eye sore. This tiny thing packs a punch and heats our ~400 square foot basement without issue. I was pleasantly surprised that it doesn't have that unpleasant heater smell and while it looks a little funny being so small, it's so adorable that it just works in the room.

Jeez this thing pumps out heat from such a small unit. I have a 600 sq ft area (well insulated basement) that this lives in and it keeps it cooking. The advertised sound of a fire crackling? More like someone walking on broken glass. Luckily it's an option and really not a selling point at all. Looks great, performs great, sound is subjective.
