The rim size says 16 inches but normal ball sizes are much bigger .is this for a mini ball ?

The inner diameter for the rim of the basketball hoop system is 15.28 inches. It fits for the standard size basketball.

Just purchased this and after one hard rain the entire hoop feel apart. How do I get a replacement?

The net? My net came apart. Went to Wal-Mart and bought better ones.

The net randomly just ripped and fell off when my son got a basket the other day. Can I fet a free replacement? This is a new purchase.

The net is horrible. Yo would be better off buying one from Walmart

Does this use a regular size basketball

The basketball rim diameter of this basketball hoop stand is 42 cm/ 16.5’’ for your reference.
