Does it have the same texture as the nyx pore filler? i really love the texture because its not a liquid

A little more liquid, but definitely not runny.

How does this compare with nyx bare with me tint?

One difference is this one isn't tinted and is a primer where the other is more like a bb cream or tinted moisturizer. I personally like this one better, the tinted went on patchy for me qnd this one makes my makeup go on so smooth and flawless.

Does it contain alcohol?

Nope. Ingredients (as listed on Ulta’s website but I checked my Angel Veil and ingredients are listed exactly the same): Cyclopentasiloxane, Isododecane , Polysilicone-1, Cyclohexasiloxane, Glyceryl Stearate, Nylon-12, Silica Dimethyl Silylate, Palmitic Acid, Stearic Acid, Laureth-12, Alumina, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Phenoxyethanol, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891).
