This is such a an awesome flavor! You can just put it park it in your mouth not chew it and it worked for me it helped me stop smoking! If you chew it too much it burns your throat. That's why I prefer to just park it in my mouth and you can suck on it once in awhile. Very very good product. I don't know why people were saying it's bad. I think it's a very awesome flavor!!!

If you wanna save money by the Walmart brand! Works just as good but a lot cheaper!

I am smoke free for two months now, thanks to nicorette... after smoking for nearly 15 years. I won't say it's "easy" to quit with this gum, but it's much easier than without it. I still craved the "experience" of quitting whatever was frustrating me (work, etc) and going outside for a smoke, but the nicotine cravings themselves were much easier to cope with. Quitting became a matter of forming new habits, rather than that PLUS nicotine withdrawals. If you are ready to quit and motivated - I highly recommend using some kind of nicotine replacement to help in the process. It's not easy, but it's SOOOO worth it!

I have tried several different items trying to kick the habit and gum is my favorite and easiest to do. I HIGHLY suggest you ONLY BUY NICORETTE brand. I ordered some nicotine gum from a different brand because it was really cheap and had a lot more gum in the pack, it was TOTALLY not worth it. Do not buy any other brands. Nicorette is like a regular piece of gum, with nicotine added. The other brands that make nicotine gum, well they taste worse, they are harder and not easy to chew, the flavor doesn't last as long and they literally crumble when you chew it, so you have to spit it out and waste it. Cinnamon is my favorite flavor by far and what I like to do is eventually quit using nicorette and buy another gum like big red, so I am still chewing cinnamon gum, but completely off nicotine and smoking. Good luck quitting! Don't get drunk and be stupid like me! Thats what always gets me, I quit smoking for 2 months, then drink too much one night and just NEED a pack.

I have used generic nicotine gum in the past. The flavor was changed and it tasted like peppermint instead of cinnamon. I purchased Nicorette and love it. I will purchase this again in the future.

This gum has good flavor. If you actually want to quit, you can with this product! It is not an easy thing to do but I found that the nicotine gum really helped curb that craving and allowed me to use less each week to be smoke free!
