Have been looking for a suitable heater for my daughter’s room . Tried 3 others which didn’t turn off when they reached the right temperature. This one is great! It’s silent and warms the room nicely to the right temperature! Only thing that would make it better is if it had a remote . Will be buying another for the utility

This was easy to fit, and looks ok and warms the bedroom. However, it is difficult to program, the instructions were incomprehensible to me and it was too difficult to set up the timer. I bought a cheap time switch and now use that to turn it on and off. I have set the temperature to what we want the room to come up to and leave it at that. The time switch turns it on and off for a couple of hours, evening and morning. I am not using the complicated temperature settings or the timer on the heater.It was not too expensive, even with the cost of the extra time switch, but if you look closely you can see it is quite cheaply made.

It's perfect and easy to use

This is the second one of these heaters I’ve purchased, and unfortunately this new heater does not operate as expected.My use case is to run the heater from a smart plug so that when power is applied the heater automatically starts heating to the set temperature. This heater does not do that. Every time power is restored it boots into FO frost protection mode and will not heat unless the power button is manually pressed on the unit.I already own a previous model heater that works exactly as expected with a smart plug, so I assumed this would behave the same way. It does not.If your intention is to use this heater with a smart plug, an external timer, or any form of power cycling, then this heater is not compatible and is not suitable for that use case.I have also contacted the manufacturer over a week ago regarding this issue and have received no response.It may be fine if left permanently powered and controlled only via its internal settings, but this limitation is not made clear in the product description. Overall this is disappointing.

Easy to set up cheaper then my oil heater to run will be buying another one for my lounge

I replaced a Nobo panel heater with this one, looks almost identical, the bracket mechanism is a bit fiddly with no adjustment possible so you've got to get your drilling spot on, that's why I've marked it as four stars, but great value for the money, the equivalent Nobo now Dimplex was three times the price.

Bought this product as wanted to save on gas. Quite flimsy and instructions aren't clear on how to set timer. Not value for money.
