Not happy with these products at all. I’m in my early 30’s and I have very fair skin. I have Melasma on my forehead from my second pregnancy. I bought this cream and the serum after reading their ingredients were all organic. I used this on myself and my older son because he has lots of freckles he wanted to get rid of, and after just 2 applications both our faces are BRIGHT RED. He even has what looks like a more seriously burned patch. We’ve been home all weekend and not outside or in the sun, and my skin is not sensitive. I’m very unhappy with this brand. Obviously something in it can burn your skin. If it was just me then I would probably chalk it up to my skin type being too sensitive to THIS product, but it burned my son as well. And I only used the cream on his face, not both the serum and cream I applied to my own face. It has made my Melasma stand out more actually because the only parts of my face that aren’t red are my brownish Melasma patches. I will never use this again.

just wanted to note that I'm using it less than 2 weeks (I'm doing it 2 times a day: morning and before bed) and my freckles already visible love colour. I'm sure winter month help some too, but still pleased with fast action. And that it's not a greasy formula.

I finished the entirety of this cream with no results. I purchased for hyperpigmentation caused by birth control, even switched birth control, and it did nothing.

I have to be honest with you. I have tried all sorts of lightening products over time on this one brown spot that I just don't like. Nothing works. Once I had a Lancome cream work on it when I did not expect it to, but they changed the formula and it was back again. Let's talk about this one.. WHAT IS IT LIKE? This is a simple metal tube with white cream in it. There is no odor and it is about the size of a tube of toothpaste. HOW TO USE IT? I only use this on the spots I am trying to lighten. For the sake of experimentation, I have targeted two other darker spots to see if it worked on all or just one or none. DID IT WORK? I am shocked. After two weeks, the spots are distinctly lighter- I would say about a THIRD lighter. ANY BURNING? There is no burning or discomfort at all with this, which is a nice change. I tend to be sensitive. SIDE EFFECTS? The other side of the coin is that if I happen to put something dark on top (say makeup, or blush, etc) the spot will suddenly darken more than it was before. That is temporary, though, and it goes back eventually in a few days. THE BOTTOM LINE This really does seem to work but it takes time. I had no burning or bad problems, except that those spots seem to absorb color in makeup more easily than before, but it goes away quickly after it is taken off. MY RATING FIVE STARS. I will keep this on hand. It is the first lightener I have tried which does not give me problems or burning and WORKS!

I originally thought this work really well, but it seems to me like some of the blemishes just keep coming back so my review now reflects that. I have not noticed a long-term permanent change because of the use of this.

I was sure hoping for some results after two weeks of twice a day use. I have a few surface spots on my leg and hip and they aren't very dark. Nothing has lightened up at all. I was going to also try using it under my eyes for my dark circles that are just part of me not from lack of sleep. I just have dark patches there. But, now i'm afraid it won't work so why bother. Disappointed but i tried and may still use up the tube just to see if maybe i just need longer than 2 weeks.

There are so many skin lighteners and brighteners on the market with different brightening ingredients. It is so hard to determine which ones work and which ones do not. If you are curious about what ingredients do it best and in the shortest amount of time, there is a lot of info to be found on this topic online. Hydroquinone is well known for being highly effective to lighten dark spots. Many products omit hydroquinone due to it’s safety concerns and is actually banned in some countries (not in the US). This product does NOT contain hydroquinone. So does that mean it doesn’t work or will take forever to see results? Short answer: It works, and it will take at the very least a few weeks or longer to notice, I would imagine. Here is my personal experience using this product: I have been using this cream daily for about a month now on a small area of my face, I have fair caucasian skin. I have tried a bunch of skin lighteners (all without hydroquinone) and had modest results to say the least. I just started noticing a difference in my spot but it’s quite dramatic (about 70% lighter). It’s still there but this product has lightened it more dramatically than any other products (all without hydroquinone) I have tried. Side note: In my experience, skin lightening/brightening IS NOT permanent. I noticed that my darks spots all returned to original shade after stopping use of all products that I had results with.
