Worked great! Nice, large pad to put on my knee and help decrease the swelling. Stayed cold for a long time and is flexible! Just make sure you put a light towel between your skin and the pad to prevent injury caused by freezer burn.

I bought this for my back. It doesn't take that long to re-freeze, so it's almost always ready when I need it. It stays cold for a long time, and doesn't leak through the cover. It's just the right size, as well. I felt it was a good value, and it works well to reduce my back pain.

I just ordered my second one. I have a chronic nerve issue in my leg. Ice packs really help reduce the pain. It's very well made, large enough to cover my thigh and I think that it will hold up for many years. It is a bit heavy, but I'd rather have that than being cheaply made.

I absolutely love this ice pack so much, I bought a spare one. It not only got me through radiation, but it got me through surgery complications. It's soft, keeps it's shape with the gel inside, cools quickly, and it keeps it's coolness for hours. It can also be microwaved to convert to a hot pack. This is a MUST HAVE item in every household..

Product was not boxed, wrapped or in a package, just laid out on the porch. I like the size and flexibility and how it stays cold long enough for relief. I do wish there was more care in the delivery.

This is a good cold pack. It gets cold in the freezer quickly, and stays very cold for quite a long period out of the freezer. It is much better than using ice cubes in many respects. It covers quite a large area, and can bend as needed. Using a gel is a super-good idea.

I am so happy with this ice pack. I hurt my shoulder recently and was attempting to use my regular ice pack but couldn't balance it on my shoulder, even when laying down. Then I searched for ice packs specifically for the shoulder, and there were several of them that wanted you to strap it behind you and then bring the strap back up front to attach it. Putting those on, I think I would have hurt my shoulder worse. Then I found this one. It's large size covers not just my sore shoulder but down my arm as well, where the pain is radiating to. It's thick enough and heavy enough that it just lays in place where you want it. It is so simple to use. Put it in the freezer until you're ready to use it, and they weren't kidding when they say it's cold, really cold, and to not put it on your bare skin. I tried that and quickly got a towel to put under it. It would have been weird to go to the doctor with frostbite, when I live in Arizona. It is so effective in at least temporarily relieving the pain. I really like this large ice pack that is so convenient to use and very highly recommend it.

These are great for your back, shoulders, etc. There is no smell to them. Put them in freezer and they stay there until needed. They stay cold for a long time during use. They are made sturdy. They are just the right size thickness and very effective.

Nice and big ice pack that has nice folds/pleats to contour arm/leg. Stays cold for a long time and is pliable not hard. Folds/Pleats allow to store in small space and not take up much room to freeze

I ordered these ice/heat pads in preparation for an upcoming hip surgery. Although I have not used them yet for this particular reason, I have tried them out to relieve the discomfort I have now. These are really nice to use. They stay in place and cover a large area. This is important for me post-op. They remained cold for quite some time, however, I did not keep track of the actual time. They lie flat on a freezer shelf making it easy to use. They can be stacked in the freezer one on top of the other. I purchased one, then liked it so much, I ordered a second one. The fabric is very sturdy so I am anticipating good, long time use of them. I hope this is useful for you.
