Love this pillow! I was sceptical at first especially after trying multiple other pillows to relieve my neck pain. However, this pillow is a miracle, stoped my neck pain after 1 night. It does have quite a chemical smell straight out of the box which does linger for some time, but for me its worth putting up with. The fact that its adjustable for all really sets this pillow apart from others, I 100% recommend.

Finally a pillow that is low enough! The adjustable middle layer is genius. The pillow is nice and firm, and even comfortable for my partner with hypermobility and neck issues. As we both took our middle inserts out, a bonus is that our cat gets to sleep on the mid layer of foam and she absolutely loves it!

Good quality pillow with firm but comfy support. It took a few nights to get used to, but now I wake up without neck stiffness.

I was suffering from constant migraines that started with pain at the bottom of my skull/back of neck. A neurologist recommended I look into a new pillow (duck feathers my whole life). I was reluctant to try something memory foam but they said it offers much more support for the neck. And my migraines always started, with neck pain, in the morning - so it could be my neck being unsupported and compressing the nerves.It took a new few nights for me to adjust to actually having a supported neck (I didn’t take out any of the layers to make the pillow smaller, I have broad shoulders so need the height).Now, 1 month on I have little to no neck pain when I wake up (and a reduction in migraines).

I've come to the UTTU pillow having struggled with neck and shoulder strain (possibly caused by the fancy, modern styles of memory foam pillow!). This one comes very compactly packed, and well sealed/ protected in a cardboard box. However, at £40 at time of writing, the open-ended plastic sleeve (the only other packaging in the box) seems a bit stingy.My pillow came up to full height in less than 24 hours, and does indeed match the listing measurements. The foam itself, and the included pillow case seems well made and durable; the case in particular seems of good quality. I didn't notice any smell, though I use a zipped allergy case plus a regular pillow case on top of that, which may help.I quickly found I *didn't* need the full height of pillow, but it was easy to adjust: just unzip the case and slide out the middle foam insert. The height now seems much better. I wouldn't say the comfort is amazing, but I'm assuming it takes a few days to get used to, and will probably take some tweaking along the way.Being able to adjust the heights makes this pillow stand out from some others. That said, I'm not blown away by it (yet!) and can't help feeling £40 feels kinda steep. I'm hoping I come around to it more - and that it can help relieve some of my neck pain. So far it's fine overall. The pillow itself is moderately firm but has a nice rebound, and feels quite squishy under the head.

One of the best pillows I've ever bought! I have nick pain as I work for 8 hours before my PC. I also have slipped nick disk and when I bought this I didn't like it for the 1st night then, I removed one layer and here you go! Very comfortableIts been a week now since I bought and I do recommend trying it

The item I received is definitely not UTTU and does not match the description. Height is not adjustable, and foam has a strong smell to it.
