I really like this waist trainer. I use it while exercising or simply when I'm at home doing my daily chores. It fits my body perfectly and has great elasticity and high-quality fabric. It's a very well-made product, and I highly recommend it!

Currently 178lbs & 32inch waist at 6 months PP after gaining 100+lbs during pregnancy. Used a Large from around 200lbs until now (picture is my fit today- too loose now and loosely wearing size 8 pants without wearing waist trainer. Can easily fit in a size 6 while wearing it). I bought a large being new to waist training and think I should’ve gone with a medium to begin with. It still has helped me with back pain, lose a couple inches, and fit into smaller pants both with it on and after wearing it for a few hours here and there. I got these results while exercising only intermittently, and not reducing caloric intake while being a busy working mom of 5 kids. Size down to get snatched af. Stay true to size for slight shaping and back pain reduction and you still might lose a few inches like myself. I’ve worn this while working, exercising, and even while riding motorcycles. So it’s easy to wear and not uncomfortable to do daily tasks in easily. Very comfortable if staying true to your waist size. Size down and it will be tiiight but girl you’ll be fitting in them small jeans again!! Buy now, don’t even give it a second thought. You deserve to feel good about yourself. Throw that mom guilt about spending money on yourself out the dang window! This is only a small amount of money for improved confidence, results, and reduced back pain! I’ve been using this waist trainer for a few months now, and honestly, I really like it. It fits well and makes me sweat during my workouts. I can feel it helping with my posture and keeping my core tight. The only thing I don’t love is that it feels a bit short for my torso, but overall, I still really like it!

Best waist belt I’ve ever purchased. Helps with posture while I’m sitting at my desk for 8hrs. Comfortable to wear without digging in my sides.

Good for keeping stomach muscles in. I have diastis recti, so it helps but they are made so wide that it pushes ur breasts out and upward making women look worse especially if ur busty. Im going to risk cutting mine to cover only my stomach.

I love my waist trainer!!! It has so many different options as far as adjusting it !!! The color and design are cute so it looks nice on the outside of clothes as well. Fits like a GLOVE

As the others state this Waist training is amazing. I purchased it for my back. I had been purchasing ones 4x more expensive over and over and still dealt with back pain by the end of the day. I would sometime get this sharp shooting pain in my spine that was so awful I would collapse if I did not grab onto something. Ive been using this belt for two week no shooting pain and the back pain is down to 0/1. I wish I would have found this long ago. It is also amazing at giving me shape too., so triple win for compression and back support. I purchased the largest size and though it wasn't going to work, to my surprise it relaxes just a bit to contour to your body after a few days. It is comfortable as well. I will be ordering more, I purchase the pink and the black and they are both really nice.

I bought a few waist trainers to try them all out and see what design/materials I like the most. This one is a very cool design for a few reasons: 1) the materials are comfortable, but thick/sturdy so you really feel supported. 2) There is some size versatility since it has two different elastic with Velcro bands that wrap around. Since it velcros back onto itself, you could size down gradually as needed. 3) it doesn’t have the metal clasps for closures that a lot of waist trainers have, so there isn’t that weird line down your stomach that can kinda hurt when fastened. Since it does have the two bands, it would be more difficult or apparent wearing under clothing. It’s definitely better as a waist trainer than a corset. So if your intention is using it as a waist trainer (for lifting, weights, posture, etc) then this is great. But it will probably show under tight clothing. The good thing with the second band (the one that goes on top) is that it’s made with a thick mesh-like material (stretchy but with tiny holes) so the top is breathable. The whole thing isn’t especially breathable, but the top being a thinner fabric is great so it adds additional support without making it too much heavier. With some of the other waist trainers I’ve tried on, I did not like how it felt on the top (right under bust and up in the underarm) but this didn’t give me any discomfort there. It also seems to be pretty long-torso friendly. (I’m short, but have a longer torso with shorter legs haha).

This is one of the best waist trainers I have used. It fits really well and is adjustable to suit your preference. I do all HIIT, circuit, weights and cardio wearing this product and I saw results within a week of using (based on training 5-6 times a week). The size guide is accurate but I would suggest going one size bigger to give you extra comfort and not making it too tight.

This is a great design for a waist trainer. A little hard to get on at first but once you get the hang of getting the larger velcro lined up the second part is amazing. It brings in your abdomen nicely and accentuates the hourglass look. Its comfy but can get pretty snug depending on how hard you pull it together so i wouldn't leave it on for heavy exercise until you get used to it. Versatile for sizing because you can attach the velcro on whatever part of the waist trainer.

This waist trainer is very good. It holds you well. The support wires are very strong. Paired with the heat cream, it makes you sweat. To how well it holds you it helps with your posture as well.
