Does it remove all the make up?

Yes it removes all makeup very well including mascara.

Is this product Ph balanced?

The only way to know would be to test it using litmus paper, so no I did not do that. But I can tell you it reddened my skin after I washed with it, and my skin felt windburned immediately after rinsing and I do not have sensitive skin. So based on my response to it I am guessing it most definitely is not Ph balanced.

What does it smell like? Does the tea tree oil stand out?

It has a very pleasant "clean" smell. Must not have much tea tree oil in it, as that smell is so strong it can usually be detected in all products containing tea tree oil. I wasn't even aware it was there until I saw your question. (Although it does say on the front "Organic Aloe Vera, Organic Rosehip Oil, Olive Oil, & Tea Tree Oil). Works well and my skin looks and feels better. I purchased it along with their Vitamin C Serum which I love. The Serum is 20% Vitamin C and also contains Vitamin E and Hyaluronic Acid and other Organic herbs, extracts, & oils.

Is this product noncomedogenic or soap free?

I’m not sure but it stings! ... and I don’t have sensitive skin. 😬
