Flash Furniture Elliott Vibrant Apple Green and Chrome Swivel Task Office Chair with Tractor Seat

We have two of these chairs: one I received for use as a desk chair, which everybody in my family quickly grew to like as much as I, and an additional one I purchased here as a present for the other members of my family (partially so I could keep mine for myself!) which we now use in the kitchen for various tasks. We've had these for at least a year and a quarter, maybe an additional quarter of a year for the one I currently use. My personal experiences are this: I sit long hours at my computer, as both a video game nerd and as an avid consumer of digital art programs, and this chair is quite comfortable for me; I've found no need for a cushion in all the many months I've used this excellent chair and I am in fact seated on it as I write this review. I am a chubby little shrimp, standing at about 5'2" and weighing about 170 pounds, and this chair has lasted quite a long time without giving up the ghost. I've found that the initially fragile-looking back holds up quite well under some pressure, but I'm still a little afraid to press on it and reflexively sit more forward in the chair than I had when I was using the larger plushier chairs that are more expensive. Also, this chair is very compact and can actually fit underneath my desk unlike my last chair, freeing up plenty of space in my fairly small bedroom. It's not exactly the most fancy-looking chair on the market, however, and those other chairs are somewhat more comfortable to use, but those are minor complaints for me. This chair requires assembly before use, but it doesn't take very long at all to assemble and I was right back to my usual activities within the hour. However, larger people may have a few issues with this chair, as others have already pointed out in more words and detail. The second chair's hydraulic system doesn't stay put as well as it does on the one I use (mine stays at the elevation you put it at if I were to sit on it but the other will sink a few inches if it's not already at the minimum height) but that's only a minor complaint and the chair is still very comfortable and workable. My points above still stand for the second chair as it did for the first. Overall? For me, this has stood the test of time as a chair that deserves at least four stars, if not the five I've currently given it. I'd definitely purchase this chair again. I sincerely hope that this writing has helped you make a decision as to whether or not you'd like to purchase this seat. In summary: A great chair for the smaller and/or younger people, and surprisingly durable, mine still not having broken altogether over 1.5 years of rather intense use, but if you're looking for that fancy office comfort I wish you luck because keep on looking!

The drafting chair is high - would be too high for a standard size desk. The "tractor seat with back" is great for a normal size office desk. The backless tractor seat is the kind dentists use, but I read in reviews here some people use it an office desk. Amazon does not do price adjustments. I bought this for 60 total a few minutes later saw it was 50, but amazon wouldn't change the price. so make sure you're happy with the price before you get it. I've always had standard black office chairs and was hell bent on getting something fun that popped this time around. I chose the cherry red to energize me and make me want to work. It is slightly less comfortable than the padded chair I have but not uncomfortable. Honestly, do you want a chair you can sink into? I dont. You want to be alert and awake when you work. Also they say sitting is the new smoking, so you want to make sure you get up every once in a while and walk :-) It is VERY cute, weighs around 10 pounds, about half of my last office chair, and I aseembled it in less than 5 minutes. It's very simple which is VERY appealing to me. And it makes my small apartment look CUTE. it's not bulky and will get the job done. There is empty space around the back support area, whereas a normal desk chair has padded bulk, so this chair takes up less visual space while still having back support. if u want eve less visual space i see other reviewers by the backless chair and use it for their desks. So so far I really like it. I had a hell of a time trying to figure out seat heights. I measured and saw I had set my last office chair to about 19.5" seat height (i am about 5'8) and the tractor seat with back definitely fits the bill. I wish I could buy more seats and backs so when I feel like changing the color, I can :-) I was surprised that it is comfortable at all. My butt is not delicate shall we say. I am a woman's size Large with wide hips and if you look at the seat you'll see it has like butt indentations :-) It's comfortable. I just make sure to get up every hour. After buying this I searched reviews and saw people were buying the backless ones for desks too - that would be cool. I wish This was adjustable enough so it could get to be the height of a drafting chair so i could brig it to my sink to do dishes but i called flash furniture and they said they don't have a chair that goes that high, you'd have to buy 2 separate chairs if you want one that goes very high (barstool/drafting chair height=draft chair) and one you could use at your desk (tractor with or without back - non drafting chair) I am very happy i bought this even though the price went down a significant chunk right after i bought it. i am so tired of standard looking chairs. life is short, make it fun - now when i look at my office space i feel like i want to get to work! my apartment reminds me of the 50s or 60s now with popping color and a fun look - all gotten for an affordable price.

I've had this chair for about six months. It feels a teensy bit rickety, not as crappy as Ikea Furniture, more like on-sale-at-crate-and-barrel. Aside from that, I really like it. It looks nice in the office and its comfortable (although I haven't tried sitting in it for a long time yet.) It's an occasional-use chair, not an everyday chair. I'm 5 ft 7 and 125 lbs, and it is a good fit for my height/build but I don't think it would suit a large (6 ft+) man or someone with substantially wider hips. Nothing looks amiss when placed with much more expensive furniture, and it can be low enough to fit under my (also low) desk and save space. I bought the white version (they only had white then) and I think I paid about $50 for it. Normally I hate when I buy something *then* the price goes down but I still feel pretty good about this one. It's definitely bang-for-your-buck and I think if I want a sturdier chair that looks this good it will cost $300+

I bought this chair for work. I am a high school teacher and I also purchased a standing desk from Amazon. I saw this chair and purchased it during prime deal days. The assembly was pretty easy although I have to say that I didn't assemble it myself. I just kind of pointed to my 13-year-old son and said "Hey, put this together." He did. If my 13-year-old son can put it together, it's easy to assemble. It's a super cute chair and I get compliments from the students and from other teachers quite a bit. It's also very nice to use. It's comfortable and it does feel slick like another reviewer said. To compensate for this, I added a soft seat on top of the chair. It has a silicon like material and quite a bit of friction. I don't have any slippage now. I love the vibrant green color and the wheels do not stick. Love the chair!

It’s a beautiful and solid chair. Package arrived without issues. Instructions were clear and it was easy to assemble. Then, I sat on it. A couple of notable issues for me personally, (1) the seat is made of a material which does not offer very good traction (2) the back part is set too far away to be an effective support. So, if I were to lean back, I slid into an uncomfortable and non-ergonomic seating position. I would have to use it more like a stool. I am afraid these are “show stoppers” for me. I already put it together so I won’t send it back now, will put it somewhere else in the house. It is disappointing.

This neat chair is perfect for the average college student. It is small and comfortable and comes in multiple colors to match the color scheme and design of your room. I bought this for college as the provided dorm chair was incredibly uncomfortable to sit in. I was worried that the package may be too big since my dorm has package size restraints, but it came in a 50 x 14.5 x 49 cm box. It was simple to assemble by yourself with the included picture instructions. An allen wrench was provided to tighten the screws, and the rest of the assembly was just inserting pieces into each other. It took about 10-15min. As for the chair itself, it is very comfortable. The molded tractor seat is shaped to support your bottom and I have had no back pain or strain while sitting in this chair. The construction seems stable and holds my weight of approx. 120lbs and can definitely stand more. The wheels glide smoothly around without locking up on the vinyl floors. The up/down mechanism works great and is assembled only on the right side (sorry lefties!). The back rest supports my back well, and it holds up my upper body weight, though I am nervous to apply additional pressure when leaning back. Overall, it is a great chair for a good price. If any issues come up, I'll be sure to edit this review.

I should contextualize this by saying that before I bought these chairs, I had purchased a very similar chair at Target for about $10 less. But the Target chair, although shown on the packaging as orange, turned out to be too tomato red for our orange office, so seeing this one on Amazon for not much more, it seemed worth a shot. We were pleased that the orange color on these chairs matched our office, but that was only the beginning of the improvements for a mere $10 upgrade: * These chairs lift up several inches higher than the ones from Target, so if you have longer legs, they're much more suited. * The back, while small and certainly not sufficient to provide all-day support, is higher on this model than the one from Target, so it actually hits the seated person somewhere near the small of his or her back, whereas the one from Target was too low to be of any use at all. * The stem and legs are a nice polished chrome look, whereas the one from Target is a faux brushed metal look that's actually plastic. That alone is worth the $10 upgrade, aesthetically. * The molded plastic seat and back feel like they're a bit thicker and sturdier than the one from Target. I have more confidence that they're not going to break at any moment. In short, this is a great relatively cheap chair for office decor. Don't get me wrong: I would not recommend this chair as your primary desk chair. Get a very good chair if you work at a desk all day. But if you're looking for attractive accent chairs that serve as additional seating when needed for a quick pull-up meeting or chat, these are perfect.

I received my computer task chair with tractor seat in vibrant candy heart pink and chrome today, a day earlier than expected. Both my husband and I agree it looks as though we paid a lot more than we actually did. It came meticulously packaged with everything needed, all components, tools needed for assembly, as well as extremely simple instructions. This is the first ever in my lifetime that a set of assembly instructions came with no words just illustrations! A whole twelve minutes... that's all the time it took my dear sweet husband to do the assembling. As previously mentioned the packing couldn't be more perfect. Not a single scratch or dent anywhere. It's so nice to still find a company with old fashioned values who still take pride in what they do! The color is a darker shade than candy heart pink but nonetheless it is beautiful and inspiring as stated in an earlier review I read before making my own purchase. Its' beautiful lines as well as stunning color can't help but put smiles on our faces. The tractor seat is extremely comfortable and shaped or should I say molded perfectly to fit ones' bottom. This is coming from a family who already has six other office chairs which are higher priced. The only improvement would be to do the back rest frame in metal but then again we were already aware of that before purchasing by reading the reviews. We highly recommend this task chair to everyone looking for a super comfortable chair at a great price. It's already one of our favorites and I might add the best looking too!!!

背もたれが入ってなかったというレビューありますが、私の場合高さ調節兼接続部のパーツが入ってませんでした。 パーツ不良のせいで足の部分と座面がジョイント出来ませんでした。 残念な事ですがこの商品を買う際にはパーツが揃ってない可能性を覚悟しなければいけないようです。

Muy fácil de armar, excelente acabado, muy cómoda porque amortigua los movimientos, gira muy bien tanto el asiento como las ruedas...la única razón por la que no le doy las 5 es porque el cilindro (sujeto al asiento) ensambla de manera muy sencilla en el tubo que sirve como amortiguador (la pieza que sube de las ruedas), y tengo mis dudas que dure por mucho tiempo (yo espero que sí). Ojo, me refiero a que se muy sencillo el ensamble, no que haya fallado ni nada por el estilo.

Der Hocker hat eine ergonomische Sitzfläche, auf der man sehr bequem ( mit geradem Rücken ) sitzt. Die kleine, gediegene Rückenlehne reicht vollkommen zum Zurücklehnen und entspannen aus. Er ist höhenverstellbar, was anstandslos funktioniert. Er ist sehr stabil und rollt , ohne zu haken, über meinen Teppich. Er ist nicht für breite Figuren ( ab 95kg ) geeignet. Alles in Allem : fünf Sterne und damit eine eindeutige Kaufempfehlung.

Purchased as a gift for my eight year old granddaughter. She was delighted; however an adult has to sit on the seat to lower it when it's been lifted too high. This purchased inspirited the need for another for my grandson.
