I absolutely love the GoCup Travel Mug! It has quickly become my go-to travel mug for both hot and cold drinks. The quality is outstanding, and it has made my daily routine so much easier. The cup feels comfortable to hold and looks good. Very easy to clean after using and fits nicely into a car cup holder. The contents remains hot for longer and the outside stays cool. Easier and safer walking around whilst holding the cup. I haven’t tried putting it in a bag yet, but if I needed it for that I’d have bought a flask. The lid does not leak, just ensure that the screw lid is on tight with the flap open. Push the flap lid in firmly and it doesn’t leak. I tried it a few times and it’s the lid flap that needs pushing in firmly otherwise I small amount of liquid spills out. The product write up clearly states that it is designed to minimise leaks. Minimise not stop. The card that you get in the cup when ordered explains about putting the lid on, leaving a gap and having the lid flap open before closing.

I really like the general design of this travel mug. It feels nice and is easy to hold. It has the grip on the bottom to prevent it from falling and it holds the heat really well. Currently on a cup of coffee from 12PM, it’s now 3PM and still piping hot! I got this product today and tested how “leak proof” it was before properly using it. After a few shakes, water was dripping out the side of it. It’s seems like the seal isn’t quite right enough. The actual lid where you drink from is extremely leak proof and didn’t leak a single drop! Due to me needing this for a long journey tomorrow, I will not be returning it for the leaking as it is just a few drops at a time. Overall - a great travel mug with just a little flaw.

Amazing product. Keeps my coffee warm even after 5-6 hours. It is even airtight when holes covered, but beware of not doing it when you have hot liquid inside as pressure increase and lid can explode and cause burns. The only cons I would find is that both holes get covered when closing the top of the lid, risking it exploding if hot liquid inside. Wish the small hole would be somewhere else where it wouldn't get covered at same time as the other. Even so, I would 100% recommend it.

As described and as pictured! I got this cup mainly to use at work to make my own hot drinks. When I tried it, I found it really had good heat retention for hours. It is fantastic, and a good size. You can unscrew the lid to carefully drink from the rim of the cup, or just drink from the sip hole provided, which also has a clip lock. A bit of weight, but that may be because of the material. Also, as the inside is like a stainless steel material, I think it's a good idea to use a wooden spoon/stirrer.

Edited review: 5 star down to 1 Simply put the old version of this cup was very functional (exceeding expectations) and was great value. The new one... not so much. If you want more detail of my opinion, see below: I've just reordered this without even considering other options. I bought my first one in Feb 2020. It has held up incredibly well, and taken a bit of a beating in that time with no leaks at all, a strong clasp on the lid, and kept drinks hot for several hours even in below freezing temperatures. I have finally had to replace it as a number of drops on hard surfaces over the years (outdoor activities, rocky terrain, some concrete, even off a small cliff) has cause the lid to get damaged in numerous places. On several occasions, from drops, shards of plastic have splintered off. The lid does appear to be a bit brittle however the plastic is thick and the integrity of the cup has not been effected by these breakages. It has held up and not leaked. However, this last drop has finally broken the seal and it now has a very small leak at the seal if held at a specific angle. My only real complaint with the old cup is that the lid can be a little hard to clean, especially around the flap on the top. If it were removable, it would be much easier. Really not an issue day to day, and semi frequent descaling seems to solve it. The new cup arrived today and onstantly could tell something was off. I made a drink and it barely stayed warm for an hour. The cup felt thin and was hot to the touch (the OLD cup was cool on the outside). So o weighed it and both the lid and the bidy were at least 20% lighter. The lid and body felt thin and it clear has a performance impact. I used the old one most days. Its been great value, fits every cupholder I've tried, is a decent size, the new one is the same only in size and to be fair also doesnt leak, just dont expect a warm drink! It's a shame the quality has dropped so much, likely as a cost saving measure. I would pay double the amount for the old quality level as it was truly excellent. SHOP ELSEWHERE

I have purchased 2 x black GO Cups in recent weeks. The first was and remains brilliant, well made works incredibly well keeping the drinks warm for hours. However the second seems a totally different quality - it looks very similar but it didnt keep the drink warm anywhere near as long and doesnt feel as high quality. This was emphasised this morning when on its second use the lid popped off (never happened with the first one) with burning hot coffee in it which then spilt all over my shirt, shoes and worse still, laptop bag... Really disappointed QUALITY CONTROL needs looking at.
