Does what is states on the box - catches pee. So if travelling or like myself was laid up in bed immobile, it does the trick. I would even recommend it to truckers so they can pour there pee down the drain and reuse the bottle rather than littering the verges with yellow lemonade bottles. It also comes with an attachment for the ladies, I do not know how well that works!

Did the job on a long journey to Scotland and back. I wanted to avoid service station crowds/queues/shared loos during the pandemic and was able to use this well enough. It can be a bit fiddly to get in the right position while trying to be discreet in a car (!), but was OK. Just be aware, the cap is NOT leakproof - it just pushes on - so might be an issue if the bottle can't be emptied right away. I bought some small seals to go inside the cap, which helps a bit, but does not make it leakproof. I stored it inside a ziplock plastic bag for extra protection. However, it's a fair item for a cheap price, and it does give confidence on long journeys if there's no suitable facilities.

I bought this item to use in the night after an operation. I have used it 4 times, hand washing it each time, and the female adapter no longer fits securely. This is a real disappointment, and for anyone who needs something for long term use I would not recommend it

Just perfect item, on a very good value per money. Don’t expect leak proof but it does a good job overall. Attachment for Laurie to use not sue about it but I guess an emergency it could do. Happy with it overall
