GreenPan Valencia Pro 12" Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan, Hard Anodized

Love it! It's beautiful, cooks great, washes up easily. I had wondered if the handle would be comfortable, since it's different from what I'm used to using which is just "ok". "Comfortable" might be in the hand of the be-holder-of-the-pan, but I think it's great.

Non-stick and free of those pesky PFAS. Excellent non-stick performance. Pan is highly recommended by a respected cooking show and performed as great as they said it would. Wish I had this pan 40 years ago. Generous cooking surface on the 12 inch diameter size and deep enough to cook without spilling when I stir.

Absolute trash of a pan, especially for the price. The nonstick lasted maybe 3-4 months, now every time my wife and I cook on it, no matter how much oil/butter we use, it still sticks. Very bad. And that is with following manufacturers instructions for cleaning, pre-heating, and using silicone utensils. Please don't waste your money like we did. Also, customer service from the company was useless. Just kept copying and pasting generic responses of things we were doing or had already tried. Even after explaining everything we had done, multiple times.

Exceeded my expectations to point I just purchased additional Valencia pots.

Works well for a time, but not true "ceramic". They can fail after a surprisingly short time. Mine was about 4 years of occasional use and gentle cleaning, a region of the surface failed suddenly after one cooking session. It now looks like stuck-on food and does not shed food while cooking in those areas. This happens when the surface coating begins to fail. Advice: No higher than medium heat on cooktop, NO oven, soft cooking utensils (silicon, plastics, etc.), gentle cleaning with basic dish soap, non-abrasive sponge and soft plastic scrubber. Do not use heavy pressure when cleaning. If food is difficult to remove, run some water over any remaining food bits and after a couple minutes you can gently scrub it off with hands, paper towel or soft plastic mesh scrubber (NOT the kind for pots/pans).

Amazing non-stick surface. Nice browning even on medium low to low heat. Tried it once with skin on chicken thighs. About a tablespoon of neutral oil in a 12" frying pan. Nothing stuck to the pan. No elbow grease needed to wash the pan. I could have just wiped the pan with a paper towel to clean it Scrabble eggs and fried eggs sunny side up slid right out of the 8" pan. Reheated Chinese pan fried noodles in the 9 1/2 inch one with a glass lid. Noodles came back crispy without oil on a medium low flame. I bought the 3-piece Valencia frying pan set, 12" frying pan and glass lids for all. Loking forward to cooking more when I have more time. My All-Clad frying pans are in a box ready to be dropoff at a non-profit. Merry Christmas to me! Get your's!

Non-stick qualities are great, but - The cooking surface is not flat. the middle of the pan is higher than the sides causing any liquids to pool around the edge of the pan. When sauteing something in butter none of the butter stays in the middle of the pan. Would have returned it but the time to return had expired.

If you are like me, you go to the 1 and 2 star reviews to see the downsides of a product. Don't bother. I have a great set of seasoned carbon steel pans and an induction stove. I love those pans. However, in a side by side test the GreenPan cooked faster and more evenly, browning my food better than the carbon steel. I didn't expect that. Of course, the non-stick was better as well. The GreenPan is only a few weeks old, so it may wear out in a few years, where the carbon steel could last forever. But, for consistent temperature across the entire pan and even browning, I will likely use the GreenPan most of the time.

Americas test kitchen recommended this highly. So I purchased it. Probably twice the price of what I can find at a local store. I never knew ceramic could be this good. Sturdy. Easy to clean. Amazing nonstick surface. It’s all I cook bacon and I find I have more grease than a Teflon pan. It seems to cook very very efficiently. I would recommend it to anyone

フッ素加工ではない安全性の高そうなフライパンを探していました。 そして大きめな30センチフライパンが欲しかったのです。 炒め物や揚げ焼きも家族分一気に作れる大きさ。便利です！ 同じグリーンパンの卵焼きフライパン(白いやつ)を使っていますが、すぐにこびりつき、焦げ付き汚れが目立つので、今回もどうかなぁ〜と不安でしたが、まだ使い始めなのもあるかもですが、気持ちよくスルスル〜と焦げずに焼けます。 家には対応するサイズの蓋がないので買わないとな〜。

少し焦げがついてもスルッと落ちますし 食材がつるつるくっつくこともなく 使い心地満点です
