Works well so far however needs a vented lid. While cooking on high the lid bounces from steam/ bubbling then drips down the side makes a huge mess

Wow! It really does what it claims to do. My husband bought me this a few months ago. I've owned several slow cookers over the years and I was tired of having to lift this heavy ceramic pot out of the cooker to clean it. This not only allows you to brown food before you slow cook it but it is light as a feather and cleans up very easily.I've used it about 6 times and everything comes out great. I can't think of a single negative.

Put in a roast, checked back and it had leaked all over my counter and onto the floor. It was not that full of liquid yet I took quite a bit out. Returned to kitchen, same thing happened again. This crock pot is the absolute worse. I know it is extremely dangerous. Will return.

We love this slow cooker. However the operating Instruction manual (page 7) states “Note: You may use metal utensils when placing food in and removing food from die-cast cookware.” But not so. We purchased ours in 2016 and it looks as though it has been in a losing battle.

It worked....I put the insert in the oven...to brown....which is what I wanted...and it worked . I have another that I used before but it has a ceramic insert was heavy and had No handles...so it made it difficult to lift. THIS insert worked great...lighter and had handles.

Nice solid and simple sloe cooker. I like the fact the cooking pot is aluminum and it's non-stick coating works well. I've used it for cooking for 40+ hours at this point and it seems solid. For the price I am happy with it.I haven't used this in a while now because all the black coating on the inside of the Al pot is coming off. I only use bamboo utensils so It's not like I did anything to compromise the integrity of the coating. Just another failed, made in XXX product. The heating element still works fine though, but I would like to see it cook at a slightly lower temp on low. I think it runs quite a bit warmer than stated. It shouldn't boil on low should it? 212 deg F?I have noticed that others have has similar issues with the coating coming off and temp complaints being wither too high or too low.I would prefer to not need to look for a new slow cooker again, but I will be in the future and it will not be from this product line.(actual real honest paying customer here that doesn't get stuff for free in order to give positive reviews)

I have had several "crock-pots" this one is so much better. Cooked a pork shoulder so perfectly it just fell apart and then washed out so simply. I just love it!

I bought it because of good reviews and Iam not at all disappointed in it. It's lightweight and not heavy like the one I have that is made like a crock. It cooks very nice and cleanup is a breeze.

I love this! Easy cleanup, and lightweight . Food is delicious.There is no timer, so you will have to use your preference for timing; asmall hiccup considering the value and quality of this slow cooker.
