Dropped gas mileage slightly
I bought this cover mainly because I heard people say that it improves gas mileage. I put it on my long bed 2500hd and my highway gas mileage dropped from 12.7mpg down to 11.3mpg for the last 3 tanks. Maybe it's a long bed thing but it definitely didn't improve gas mileage.

The cover is a pretty basic design
The price of this cover is the reason I believe it deserves 5 stars. After a significant amount of comparison shopping and reading reviews, I felt that no covers (even the $800+ competitors) were without their faults. I settled on this model because of it's price was almost half of that of the more popular competitors. The cover is a pretty basic design, hard fold with a vinyl cover over the top. 2 plastic clamps in the front of the the bed, two plastic clamps in the rear of the bed. As others have commented, the plastic clamps are not the greatest. But this is very much a get what you pay for situation. They are strong enough to hold the cover down, and that's all I was really concerned with.Total install time took me about 20 minutes and needed only a screw driver. I ran into a common issue others have had (and really should be in the instructions). When I first closed the cover, I noticed a large gap at the top of the tailgate (around 3/4"). It looked poor and was large enough for someone to get their fingers underneath and pry it open. After some fiddling, I noticed that the rail position which holds the clamps in is adjustable. There is one screw on each end that needs to be removed to allow the rail to slide. I adjusted the rail position to be as far back towards the tailgate as possible (about 6 inches from it's factory location). After doing this, the cover closed much tighter over the tailgate, the gap is now minimal and the cover holds down tight.Overall, the cover looks good, and sits flat. The stitching quality of the cover is meh, but again this review needs to be within the context of the price of the cover. It arrived clean and undamaged. There is no noticeable noise or movement from the cover while driving. For those who are looking for a hard cover due to the added security, remember that no hard cover will permanently keep a thief out of your truck bed. This cover can easily be lifted / damaged with a pry bar as can its more expensive competitors. Couple with a locking tailgate, the cover is really just good at keeping honest people honest. You can't lift it at will or cut it with a knife like a snap or velcro soft cover, but that's about the extent of it's increased security. It's good for keeping your golf clubs in the back while you stop at the store on the way home from the course, not so good for keeping valuables in overnight in an unlit parking lot.

Nice premium look cover. I few things I would like to improve.
SO I received the Tonno Pro cover today and its a mixed bag. What I like:- The cover looks like a premium cover. No issues there.-The cover is beefy but not too heavy. The aluminum feels well made.-The vinyl cover over the aluminum panels also feels like a nice heavy weight of material.-I would say that it took maybe 30 minutes total to install from removing the box reading the directions and installing. There really is nothing to it.-One reviewer said it was heavy and hard to install. I did not find it to be either. What I would like to improve:-The system comes with a length of foam padding to install in between the cover and the bed. I really don't want to stick something on my truck that is not easily removed so I chose not to use the foam. We will see how that works.-There are 4 clamps included with the kit. The back clamps screw on and are easy to tighten. The front clamps are pinch type quick release clamps and even though they are intended to make it easy to open and close, I would say I would prefer screw down clamps all around. I think you can get a tighter seal that way. The quick release clamps don't seem easy to clamp tight. There is a gap that might catch wind at speed. Maybe I can buy the screw on type if I dont like the quick release clamps as I get used to this cover.-There are no clamps for the center section. I think another set of clamps would tighten things up. Maybe I can buy additional clamps but there is no cross rail to clamp to like on the front and back sections. It would be nice to use the same rail in the center even if there is no clamp included to give this option.-I did not see any padding on the clamps. I manually added a bit of foam on the clamps to prevent scratching.

Be prepared to trim weather stripping if you have a Spray-in liner
This is my 2nd Lo-Pro roll up cover. Not sure if the design was different on this one because of it being a different truck this time or they updated the design across the board, but this one was more difficult to install. This one sits completely between the rails, whereas the last one had a slight lip that sat on the bed rail. You have to eye ball your installation height while trying to hold it in place, this was made even more difficult because it did not fit with the tailgate closed due to my spray-on bedliner. I had to trim the weather stripping on both ends of the rails and the flap that sits against the tailgate to even be able to close the tailgate. That being said, once I've gotten the tension adjusted properly, I do like this cover, it looks really nice, and the updated release handle make it easy to use than my last one. I've had $800 BakFlip covers, and I prefer this one at 1/4 the price.

Best fit.
I've had 6 or 7 roll tops over the years. 1 con: I was disappointed to see that the clamps weren't included in the packaging but luckily i had the used ones. But from a pros: perspective this fits better than any top i've ever bought.

Fantastic Tonneau Cover!! Run don't walk
If you're looking for a cost effective, good looking tonneau cover look no further!I bought this cover for my husbands birthday - he was looking for a Tonneau cover for his truck that was flush with his bed instead of raised and most of the covers that could be found that were flush were sooo expensive (like $800+). I came upon this cover, it was reasonably priced and got good reviews so we went ahead and got it.When I say we have never had something shipped to us so fast even by Amazon standards I'm not joking, I literally placed the order in early afternoon - the cover shipped that same day and it was received the next day even although the tracking details said it would be delivered the the day after - so we were super shocked but very pleased with the fast delivery. In terms of quality and installation, the quality is top notch, very good quality with no complaints. Installation was similar - I will say it did take more than 15mins to install (this could also have been due to it being -20 outside when installing it - so fingers were a big frozen) however no stars or anything taken off for this as there were factors at work - other than the timeframe it was very easy to install and instructions were clear.Overall - if you're in the market for a Tonneau cover - absolutely run to buy this - you won't be sorry!!
