My husband has a serious back condition and prior to further surgery, the physio therapist told him to use one of these machines to help get his muscles up and running again. We chose this one. It arrived quickly and in ace condition. As the time has gone by, he's been able to increase the pressure on his 'bike' and is now burning over 500 calories each time he uses it! The calorie counter is an added boost and incentive. It does need to be on the mat provided otherwise it slips on the carpet. Otherwise, you just sit on a chair and peddle it! Easy to use and definitely helping his physio workout. He loves that he can eat a bit extra too lol! Excellent value for money! It folds away easily so isn't sitting on the living room floor between using. It's just a really good little machine at a really good price. So glad we chose this one out of the multitudes!

Bought to use for physio exercise while sat in a chair, following a knee operation. Does the job pretty well, it's generally well made, and comes with a strap and grip mat which prevent it sliding away from you in use. The tension screw is very basic but it's working so far. Very quick and easy to set up and use. Good value for money.

Husband recovering from illness, long periods in bed/sitting. Legs felt weak hindering walking, felt unsteady. Wanted to exercise legs to build up muscles. Didn't want anything expensive or elaborate, needed plugging in or charging or that took up too much room. Not sure when ordered this due to reports of it 'moving' being unstable. He places it on a small rubber backed mat. Never moves. Easy to assemble. Compact. Loves it & is helping to regain strength in his legs.

The item itself is fine, although i had ordered it for my 93 year old father and it was delivered to front door of a block of apartments, not to his front door with no means of him retrieving it without help. The digital reader wasn't working so he had to purchase new batteries, which worked, but the battery holder snapped while attaching so I had to sellotape it on for him. Luckily, he probably won't need the reader, but not the quality I expected and I have found no means of reporting this without sending it back.

This is fun to use, exercise while watching tv. Helps my arthritic knee and hips. Can use anywhere. Lightweight easy to use. Comes with non slip mat. Delivered on time.

Good exerciser for total knee replacement exercises. Its slippy on floor do I put yoga mat underneath. There is a bit of a flaw in one of the pedals which catches my sick but I wear trainers now and it’s fine. I sit on a bar stool higher exercise but it’s quite versatile. I keep it accessible so I’ll think about using it regularly. It’s sturdy quite compact and easy to use.

Fantastic bike. I’m using it so I can exercise whilst recovering from total shoulder replacement surgery. Excellent value and sturdy enough to pedal fast with resistance as needed. Excellent buy🤩

Praktiskt träningsredskap som dessutom har en snygg grön färg. Använder den till att få upp konditionen genom att intervallcykla, men ställer också upp den på matbordet och cyklar med händerna. Bra att det ingick en liten matta att ställa den på för att förhindra att den glider iväg när man trampar. Prisvärd.
