What is the difference between topricin cream and topricin foot therapy cream?

I have both types so compared the ingredients. The foot therapy type has 4 more ingredients in it.  The uses indicate rapid, soothing relief of pain, stiffness, tingling or burning nerve pain, impact trauma injuries of the toes, feet, and and ankles.  The regular Topricin uses indicate relief from pain, stiffness, tingling or burning nerve pain associated with Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel, joint, nerve, muscle and back pain.  Patented for Neuropathy.  Ideal for Diabetics.  The foot therapy does not mention neuropathy but both say they are safe for diabetics.  I hope this helps.  I have not used the foot therapy cream yet, but the regular Topricin does work well.

Can I use this on my knees?

Yes  i used it on my knee after tripping in stairway, fell and jammed knee into heavy frame work.  Fractured distal end of femur horizontally.  For about a month my knee leaked blood out into tissues from marrow.  This product helped tremendously to reduce pain, swelling into soft tissue.  My orthopedist  was amazed how fast i healed.
