This item is a little harder than the previous packaging item. Don't know why? This item needs to be boiled in water before eating. But the previous item was ready to eat by soaking in cold water for 10-15 minutes.

Here’s a simple, human-sounding review with a little imperfect grammar:⸻I soaked it overnight in milk and I added some dates and banana for sweetness, also little dry fruits. Put it in fridge whole night and eat in morning. Very easy peasy breakfast, and also healthy. I really like it because no cooking trouble and taste also good.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought these to shift to a healthy diet but they were highly inflammatory for me. Probably the pesticides, I don't know. My gut suffered so much I had to stop eating them. Bloating, gas, stomach pains. So yes: For those with leaky gut - stay away - allergy will flare nastily.
