The best tasting protein snack
my favourite protein bar, they taste amazing. But they are high calories and sugar so it's best consumed when its bulking season! I buy them regularly

Flap Jack's already has a lot of protein, but here's an extra few grams
Bit flaky and if you eat more then one at a time it does taste strange. But as a little snack/ treat its perfect. A bit pricey considering its only offering a few extra grams of protein (flap Jack's have a lot of protein in them naturally). Would buy again but only on sale as full price is too much for what this is.

I don’t like products that advertise they have a lot of protein in them when the calorie count I ridiculously high. I know they’re flapjacks but nearly 500 calories is a bit ridiculous
