What is the size of this towel?

26 x 72. It fits perfectly around a standard size yoga mat.

Can this be used as a regular towel for showering? Or are there non-slip beads on one side

This towel is a normal micro fiber towel. It is thin but absorbent. There are small pockets on each corner to slip the yoga mat into. No non-slip beads on one side at all. Hope this helps.

Doess it fit 24x68 yoga mat?

yes, it fits most of the yoga mat, i forgot what size my yoga mat is. But it's thin and slippery.
