Frigidaire's FFTH1222R2 12,000 BTU 230V Through-the-Wall Air Conditioner with 10,600 BTU Supplemental Heat Capability is perfect for rooms up to 550 square feet. This unit is designed for through-the-wall installation and is not designed for standard window installation. It will fit most existing wall sleeves and includes a standard universal interior trim kit. New wall sleeves are sold separately. This unit also requires a special 230V electrical outlet and will not operate with a standard 115V household electrical outlet. In addition to cooling, this versatile unit also offers supplemental heat capability, providing you with an additional heat source to your main heat source when outdoor temperatures are above 45 degrees Fahrenheit. It quickly cools the room on hot days and quiet operation keeps you comfortable without keeping you awake. Very good unit with easy installation. Use it in 370 sf, sunroom and it does an excellent job... this is my 2nd unit, 7 years with first unit.

Pay attn to the exact model no.
Did not get a FFTH1222R2 Got a FFTH1222U2 which in my opinion runs a little louder and a slight vibration compared to R2 unit. It will do the job it was built for and would buy this again. The U2 unit is a different front panel design and its OK. My one star is just to let others know that the parts on a R2 unit will not work on a U2 unit if needed later. That was my reason I ordered the R2.

I've purchased 3, and so far all preform well. I don't recommend the boxes which go around them, or the extra grille. A grille/screen is included with the unit.
