Bought for elderly parent, who advised that they are effective and help increase energy levels.

This has to be the worse product and biggest scam of a product I have ever seen Do Not Buy I'm not giving any stars. The patches don't stick only one did it dropped off after 1 hour, so sad because I need a B12 boost so much. Had to press 1 star to submit???

Great energy boost
I have found these gave me the energy boost I needed. Placed mine behind my ear and it stuck great no issues there. Used when my daughter was admitted to hospital and I was exhausted and unbale to get regular meals worked great and I really noticed the difference in my energy levels. Would definitely recommend

Work
Definitely noticed a difference. No issues sticking or staying put. I wouldn't use after a shower/bath for at least an hour. Downside was a short use by date. 3months! I don't use every week so binned half the packet.

Great product for energy and focus
These patches have been great. I've really noticed an improvement in my energy levels. I used to suffer from 'brain fog' but they've been a massive help with my focus. I use 2-3 a week and that's all I need.

Didn't feel the benefit
I personally found these ineffective. They do stick to skin well. I have a spare pack left over which I haven't used.

These really work and made a huge difference
My husband used them as NHS Scotland refused to allow him to have vitamin B12 injections for pernicious anaemia during lockdown and for weeks later. Apparently this vital treatment was dermed “non essential”. Have recommended to others.

Unusable , wouldn’t peel off backing paper
This is the 2nd packet I’ve had to return, I won’t be ordering then again. They wouldn’t peel off the backing paper so no sticky on reverse so couldn’t use them
