Is there a large opening in the bottom tor removal of money?

There *is* a way to remove your money without destroying the bank. There are two types of can openers. The traditional type cuts the metal, and leaves a sharp edge. The OXO Smooth Edge can opener (available on amazon.com) instead loosens the crimp of the can lid, so that it can be removed with no sharp edges, and replaced. You could seal it again with some glue or rubber cement. That way you could get your money out if need be, and then reuse the bank.

Has anyone considered using this to dispose of Double-Edge (DE) Safety Razor blades? Is the hole small enough to keep them inside?

Yes the razors would fit thru the slot but wouldnt come out. I tried shaking money out it didnt come out. And the bank is big will hold alot.Thats a great idea.

The dimensions of this can is too SMALL.Not worth the price! Not Satisfied! I remembered buying one at a store and it's only $3 and the dimensions are bigger!
