This is my 4th box in the past year or so. For $50 it's incredibly affordable and much better then rocktape, kt tape or any other name brand where you're paying for the luxury of a logo versus simple usability of the product. It's one solid roll which works wonderfully when you don't need every strip to be 10". Make sure you round the corners with a scissors and use alcohol wipe on your skin or make sure it's clean and hairless for proper adhesion. Depending on the location it can stay adhered for several days. The people who complain about corners peeling don't properly know how to tape and prepare the location. Never had an issue with lack of adhesion. And remember if you cut this roll into 10" strips like other brands you get 162 strips from this $50 box. How can you go wrong. Hopefully the price always stays reasonable and doesn't even get nutty. Overall this is what I was recommended by a chiropractor and a massage therapist because they buy this in bulk. Look online for proper location placement. You won't be disappointed.

This huge roll is definitely value for the money. I don't typically write a whole lot of reviews, but this one REALLY deserves the review I am about to give it. Yes, you have to cut it to length, and it does help to round the corners.... But best of all this stuff STICKS when others don't. I live in a very hot/humid environment, and find that other kinesiology tapes stay put for a day, maybe, then start to lift along the edges... But the Hampton Adams is THE BEST that I have tried, and I have even tried the so called "premium" brands. I also have sensitive skin, and yes, it will take your skin off if you don't remove the tape properly. Don't peel it off dry! First, use something like Jojoba oil to soak all the tape that is stuck to your skin THOROUGHLY, before you ever get it wet and let it sit for several minutes. Start peeling it off, SLOWLY, and use another finger to hold down the skin unless letting the tape stretch the skin as you pull it off. Work very carefully and very slow, but I can say, the adhesive, although extremely strong, is very gentle on sensitive skin!!! Some Kinesiology tapes I have used have made me itch like mad as soon as I put it on. This one, stuck like chuck, does not make me itch, but like I said, you have to be careful removing it. Don't just pull it off. Make sure you don't put anything in your skin where the tape will be applied. No lotion, no oil. That means, after you get this tape off by using oil to get the old tape off, make sure you wash thoroughly to remove all the oil, before you get out of the shower/tub! Just know this tape can be counted on to work like it should, and is extremely strong and supportive to even seriously injured muscles, tendons & ligaments. The best that I have found!

My knees are starting to fail due to Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Essentially, I have permanent meniscus tearing in both knees as well as "runner's knee" due to faulty cartilage. This includes fluid retention and severe chronic pain/numbness. Since I do not have Surgical options and was unable to have the nerves ablated, I found myself in need of a high quality, cost efficient taping option. I have braces but they are not able to support my kneecaps well enough to help... This is one of the more cost efficient options I could find. The large roll has lasted a lot longer than I expected! I've done multiple applications of this tape for my legs. I've also used it to assist with back pain, chest tension, and have even used it to help release tension headaches! While it doesn't have as much ability to adjust after it is placed in the same way KT brand options do, I generally like this more overall. It holds up for several days, and I usually have to remove/replace after about 4 days, but mostly because of elasticity wearing out rather than adhesive failure. I've worn it into infrared saunas, during compression therapy, through cryotherapy applications, I've showered with it and scrubbed over the tape with an exfoliating brush, and I've worn it into a pool. I was honestly impressed with the pool resistance especially at the last time I wore it in, because I had been wearing that tape set for probably 3 days and it held out through the entire ai chi session I did, and was still stuck to me when I showered afterwards. More often than not, I have to make a concentrated effort to release the adhesive on this tape no matter what I have worn it through, which is not something I can say about other brands. I very much appreciate being able to customize the length of tape that I need instead of having to do pre-cut pieces. I've done custom shapes and combinations of length to achieve the support that I need to help promote fluid movement while keeping my kneecaps in a better placement. I can definitely tell a difference when I use this tape as compared to generic brands and the like. My physical therapy provider has also asked for the name of the brand after seeing how successful it has been in providing the support that I need. The reality of it is, kinesiology tape is on the surface all going to do the same stuff, but the combination of the long lasting quality of this product alongside the length of the roll makes this a done deal for me. I plan to get as many colors as I can and I'm happy to feature them in my social media postings.

I appreciate the benefits of kinesio tape. It can be very therapeutic, however after this tape was on for 3 days and nights, it tried to remove little pieces of my skin, making little blister things. Now I am not allergic to any tapes or adhesives, it just adhered very well and seemed to adhere better and better with time, to the point that it was painful to remove. DO NOT read this as a bad review, each person's results are unique and this is just a statement of mine. As far as being waterproof, it held up after nightly showers and survived life within my work boot for 3 days, there was barely any edge peeling and it did not develop lint balls all over like I thought it would. It made my stepping on my left foot much more comfortable. I just could not bring myself to use it again on that area. One last thing, it is not conducive to a good experience if you apply this over a hairy leg, hahaha.

This is my first journey into the use of these types of therapy bandages. I have been using them for a bad surgical knee. I will say that as long as you place them on dry skin, these things do stick. If you have hair on your legs, as I do, you should also watch out. You will be in for a surprise. Not sure if these are tops in Adhesion, as I have not tried any other brands. So far, these are working for me.

Best tape on the market, very reasonably priced. Well worth it, above the expensive brands. Sticks on and stays on for along time through everything including showers. Some people rated it as bad stating it gave them blisters, but if it is not applied correctly, any tape will do that, so I strongly believe those folks had an issue with "user error". You cannot pull the tape tight on the ends of it or it will cause irritation. This is a great tape and my skin is super sensitive and I have not had any issues. Hope they never stop making this product!

I have used KT tape for the past five years. Various different brands claiming to be high quality and pharmaceutical grade. Now that I have found Hampton Adams brand, I can tell you that this product does all that it says it can do.. I have used it on my shoulders my wrist and I can tell you if you give this product a try and apply it properly. You will no doubt find relief you truly can put it on and wear it for days even shower in it. Other brands that I have worn do not stay overnight while moving around in bed this product stays where you put it and does not come off until you take it off. Other brands also irritated my skin this product I have left on for seven days with no issues whatsoever stays on does not come loose does not roll up on the ends and if done properly, you must look at how to install it on your body Look it up on YouTube for videos. You definitely need someone else to apply this product especially to your shoulders or your wrist when you need two hands to apply it. The trick to it is at the ends. Both ends need to be trimmed with a radius so they don’t have square corners to roll up that’s it that’s the only trick you trim them like a regular Band-Aid bandage edge with a radius so there’s no square corner and this product will stay on as long as you desire, without irritating your skin it’s amazing folks trust me. I have bad shoulders and I occasionally have problems with my wrist and this product. I’m not gonna say cures you, but I truly believe and I found this brand and were able to use it as long as I could in the beginning, when I first injured my shoulders, I’ll truly believe it would heal most early on shoulders and most joint injuries. I understand if you’re purchasing this product you probably think that’s a lot of money but having bought the smaller boxes at Walmart and pharmacies. This is a huge savings don’t hesitate. It is an excellent product. I pray you have the same result that I have and I’m sure so many others have had as well. God bless and stay safe.

I mean, the stuff works just like KT tape at a good bargain price. The tape helps alleviate aches and pains with pretty good adhesion compared to other KT alternatives. I use it heavily for plantar fascia support taping (since I messed up my right foot and my podiatrist recommended KT taping for my fascia if I continue running) and holds up great. Also works extremely well to tape up velcro braces to prevent them from coming undone during physical activity (especially for high school/college wrestling). The ISSUE though, is that the tape BADLY IRRITATES MY SKIN whenever I tape anywhere else but my foot. I taped my calves because I wanted to run when they were a bit sore, only to be followed by 2 weeks of BAD ITCHY and IRRITATED skin. I’ll continue using & buying because it’s a good tape at a good price since I tape my foot frequently, but wouldn’t recommend if you plan to use this anywhere outside your foot or if you have sensitive or easily irritable skin.

Clinically useful and much affordable price. However, 10-20% of my patients have skin allergy with it, not serious but need to monitor. No problem, is acceptable.

The hold of the tape is good but problem is that the tape leaves residue, lots of residue like those poor quality tapes. After removing the tape, expect lots of sticky residue left behind that you need to rub off to clear.
