I’ve only had this product for 6 months and it stopped working but I lost my paperwork. Is there anyway to return since it was purchased on Amazon?

If you find an answer to this, please let me know as well. I just purchased mine a month or two ago and the temperature/time buttons don’t work. My “return window” for Amazon is already closed.

Is the 4.2 qt big enough to cook a whole chicken?

Yes. The chicken should be under 4 lbs or it will not fit. I routinely cook whole chickens in this and they are delicious.
