No size would be suitable this mannequin has breasts and curves like an adult woman’s shape. Even the smallest size has these features. This product is not for your needs. Sorry

How tall is it including the stand?

Itself around 5ft and the tallest 6ft I think U could adjust it but not sure free stand firmly the tallest one. 5ft tall is good for every way. Inside just light white foam so not sure stand heavyweight garment fitting.
