Surprisingly Cool and Comfortable – A Game-Changer for Hot Weather Golf
If you’ve ever played a summer round where it felt like your hands were melting into the grips, you know the value of a good hot-weather golf glove. The FootJoy Men’s TropiCool has quickly become my go-to for warm, humid days on the course—and it absolutely lives up to its name.I picked this up looking for something lightweight that wouldn’t get soggy or slippery after a few holes. FootJoy is a brand I’ve always trusted for golf gear, and the TropiCool line caught my eye for its breathable design and focus on moisture control. From the moment I tried it on, I could feel the difference.Right out of the package, the glove felt incredibly light and flexible. The fabric has a soft, almost mesh-like texture that contours well to your hand without any stiffness or restriction. The fit is snug but not tight, and the Medium/Large size was just right for my hand shape—no bunching in the palm or fingers.Where this glove really shines is in the breathability. Even during mid-afternoon rounds in 90-degree heat, my hand stayed cool and dry. The moisture-wicking material works exactly as promised. No more peeling a sweat-soaked glove off after the front nine. It also maintains a good grip even in humid conditions—there’s a confident feel on every swing, without the slippery, damp sensation I’ve had with other gloves. After several rounds, it’s held up nicely. The stitching remains intact, and it hasn’t lost shape or elasticity, which is impressive for a glove this lightweight. It also washes and dries well without stiffening.Pros:Exceptionally breathable and moisture-wicking for hot weatherLightweight material feels soft and contours well to the handProvides a consistent, non-slip grip in humid conditionsHolds its shape and fit after multiple usesStylish, clean look with the FootJoy brandingIf you play in warm or humid climates, the FootJoy TropiCool Glove is a must-have. It’s comfortable, durable, and keeps your grip dry even on the hottest days. Easily one of the best warm-weather golf gloves I’ve tried, and worth every penny for the added comfort and control.

If you sweat a lot this glove is for you.
If you sweat a lot, then this glove is for you! I've played a couple of rounds in very high humidity and you would never know by the glove. Nice and dry😃

Works well for sweaty hands.
I have very sweating hands, and during the hot southern Mississippi summer, I was using 4 gloves, switching them out every few hokes. Not with these, I have 2, use one for warm up and the other throughout the round. Club never slips, and my grips are 15 years old.Great gloves!

Perfect for humid climes
Read a number of reviews about this glove and, as a person dealing with sweaty palms, living in a tropical country, finding the ideal golf glove that allows me to maintain a good grip throughout the round is an ongoing quest. I think I finally found the solution with these gloves.Have played 3 full rounds with them so far in a country consistently running at or above 80% humidity, I can attest to the breathability and grip retention so far. The gloves do get black easily, particularly if you're using rubber grips, however, it appears they can be washed and reused easily (haven't tried that as yet).I only bought one to try them out, looking to purchase some more to have on hand when it's time to replace. The only other call out - they're not as soft feeling on the inside of the fingers as the leather gloves, which for me, means that my hands feel a little rough as the end of the round approaches. A minor issue in the grand scheme of things. Not enough of an issue to prevent me from getting more.

Excellent glove, great durability and grip.
These are the best golf gloves I've ever had! They're incredibly durable, and the grip feels very secure. I've played with one glove weekly for a year and they're still usable, just some wear on the seams around the thumb. I alternate between these and the FJ rain gloves and haven't felt the need to use a leather glove since.

Beats Texas Heat/Humidity
Only glove i wear for Texas gulf coast humidity. They get dirty very easily, but small price to pay for comfort and durability. The knuckles are usually first thing to go after about 10 rounds.

Great for humid climates
Great in hot and humid climates. Doesn’t offer much protection if you have sensitive hands though. However, these last forever. My first one lasted until I lost it.

Decent Glove, But Could Be Better
The FootJoy Tropicool Golf Glove is a lightweight and breathable option for warm weather. The moisture-wicking material helps keep hands dry, and the grip is decent, providing reasonable control during swings. However, the durability is a bit lacking—it wears out quicker than expected, especially with frequent use. The fit is comfortable, but after a few rounds, it starts to lose its shape.Overall, it’s a good glove for hot conditions, but for the price, I expected better longevity. Decent, but not my top choice.
