Easy way to get your protein in for the day and doesn't have a chalky taste like most high protein food. All it takes is water and about a minute in the microwave. Comes out perfect every time, convenient to take on the go to work.

Delicious Protein Muffin Cups
I needed to increase my daily protein intake so I started to look for options that were easy to make and tasted great. Kodiak totally delivered with these muffin cups! They are my new go-to breakfast (and sometimes lunch, too!).

Great protein packed option!
Purchased these for our 12 and 16 year old as easy grab and go snacks. Great high protein snack or meal option, daughter enjoys them for breakfast or after school snack. Super convenient, good flavor, travel well, easy prep, can travel with them easily, on the expensive side but that is typical for protein options. Tastes like a pancake with chocolate chips. We have repurchased several times and also started a subscription to keep them stocked at home as they have become a staple and go to snack. Would recommend.

My husband likes these Kodiak muffin cups as a quick breakfast. They’re super easy to make — just add water or milk, stir, microwave for about a minute, and you’ve got a warm, soft muffin packed with whole grains and protein. Buying them in a multipack is much more economical than purchasing single cups individually. If you plan to enjoy these regularly, going with a multipack saves money. Shipping is quick and easy. We have had one box that was damaged in shipping but Amazon fixed the problem easily.

Great breakfast option with great protein!
Love Kodiak Flapstacks! This is a quick and easy breakfast for our family. Doesn’t have allergens that we often find in other quick breakfast items. Great taste, good flavor choices! Our favs are S’mores, Blueberry Maple, and chocolate maple. Worth a try!
