Why does this lable not say solgar gentle iron?

I think that is Italian, however when I received it was the the original label gentle iron

Is this really nonconstipating?

I have tried several forms of iron and this is the only one I have tolerated well. I do recommend it.

Is this slow-release iron? I've read that's easier on the stomach.

No, it is not slow-release.....but I've been taking this Solgar Gentle Iron, sometimes on an empty stomach, and have never had stomach upset. Hope this helps!
