218 Mini Hacksaw with 32 Teeth Per Inch, 6 inches

Great for a tight spit under my sink in rv.

To sharpen the teeth on a back-saw (for dovetails, mortises, tenons, etc), you use a "triangular" saw file. There are actually six sides to the file, because there are file-teeth on the tiny, flat-ish corners between the flat sides, to cut down into the saw's plate and deepen the gullets between the saw's teeth. After a few sharpenings, you can wind up wearing down those file-teeth on the corners. The file no longer will do a good job of sharpening your saw, even if the flat sides of the file are still in good shape. To the rescue! If you use a tiny hack-saw, taking a single, easy stroke to cut down into each and every gullet between the saw's teeth, the saw-file no longer has to deepen the gullets, and your saw-files last twice or three times as long. This tiny hacksaw does that job very well. [I picked up the tip from a Paul Sellers video, and he uses this hacksaw.]

This little hack saw is a nice size for small work. Has a very sharp and durable blade that doesn’t dull too easily. Used it to saw off a hardened lock in not too long of a time recently and was surprised at how well it fared. Used a few other times but this was the hardest metal by far so it surprised me. Definitely quality.

Works well but is a bit hard to hold on to for bigger hands.

This is not made for rugged hard work and it shouldn’t be. For the tasks it is designed for this saw is perfectly adequate.

Despite the size, it was very effective for the job I had to get done. Would recommend you really think through your project before buying a smaller saw. I wish I had bought a bigger one but this got the job done

O acabamento é muito bom, a Bahco realmente ainda mantém a qualidade superior nos produtos, dito isto, se você procura uma serra minúscula, que caiba na palma da sua mão, compre essa que vai te atender muito bem, mas se você procura uma serra pra cortar pregos, parafusos, eventualmente algum pedaço de madeira, etc, então definitivamente esta serra não é para você, compre uma normal de 12 polegadas ou superior. Eu fiquei chocado quando recebi, parece um brinquedo de tão minúsculo que esta serra é, não devolvi por que realmente tenho uma destinação pra ela.
