I am really happy with my purchase. My husband broke his Fitbit strap and needed a new one. I found this item and thought it looked good and the price was great. Delivery was fast and the strap was really easy to fit. My husband said the strap is comfortable and is secure unlike other ones we’ve tried.

These straps are a good quality replacement, obviously not the "Fitbit" brand but they fit well & are easy to fix and remove. The quality of the band is slightly less than the real thing - being a little stiffer, but only just. The sizing is correct and the look is indistinguishable from the real thing. Well worth the money.

I’ve had two charge 2’s before. Which I really rated apart from finding it very difficult to see the face in daylight. No problem with the charge six. Even in the brightest sunshine you can see the face clearly. All works well. The automatic exercise tracker doesn’t switch off automatically though, so you have to remember to do it yourself. The strap is far better than the charge 2. No staircase measurement though. And a bit pricey. But I’m happy with it.

Good quality for the price for price ideal fit for my fit bit

I have been so frustrated in the past after owning a Fitbit for 3 years. My first one broke after 6 months but I was able to get a new one as it was under warranty. But the second one also only lasted 6 months. Again the customer service was very good about it and sent me an upgraded Charge 2, but guess what? It lasted 8 months! This time my warranty had run out so I could not get a replacement. I have been unable to find anyone that can fix the old strap so I ordered this one for around £5, and it has made my fitbit usable again. The strap is not as soft as the original but perfectly usable and hopefully will last longer than the originals - it remains to be seen. But for now I'm happy that my problem has been solved and I can start using the fitbit again.
