Batman the Animated Series Batplane

Hello everyone so I purchased this memorable item from this seller and upon opening the nicely sealed packaging box I found the actual product box damaged, if you look closely the scratches on the box are old obviously it’s an old item, however every time I’ve made antique purchases the seller makes it a point to point these sort of issues out, which I didn’t see anywhere on the page, I opened the box, because it was for meant to display on my shelf and you quickly realized this product had been opened before I’ve included pictures so that you can see why it is I think that is. The worst part is that upon contacting the seller , he just continues to rant through text it even seems like he’s upset that I opened the box, I shouldn’t have to explain why I opened my purchase, his ending excuse is that it’s a thirty sum year old product but if it had truly never been opened then the actual toy itself wouldn’t have been in such bad shape, I recall opening this toy back when it was still up on the shelves and it wasn’t to this degree of poor quality within its own package , the body of the plain itself wasn’t wrapped which it should have been by manufacturer such like the wings and accessories, the sticker sheet was also not in its own plastic sleeve which I know it should have been by manufacturer.

Looks real nice been looking for this for a while
