I was going traveling for a few weeks and needed something to keep my medication cold until I got to where I was going. It was able to not only hold the medicine but the rest of the items I needed to bring with me. Was easy for security to check at the airport as the ice packs just slid in and could slide out to be tested. Very robust and was a great value

Fits perfect in a diabetic injection portable case(looks like a glass case). Use them daily to keep item cool in case and you can freeze them for days out to keep insulin in perfect condition to use as needed/directed.

Good product. Keeps injections cool for several hours

It’s a very good quality case, very well made. I bought this for my dog as we have to travel with her insulin and it can only be out of the fridge for about 30 minutes. I put the folding case in the bottom (it was empty) & all her essentials: approximately 12 lancet, lancing pen, 12 anti-bacterial wipes, glucose monitor, & 1 pot of testing strips, and it was full! This was without insulin & ice packs and I already needed to force the zipper. To use the case with the ice packs & insulin I had to take some bits out. It wasn’t a huge deal because I always carry a small ‘doggie changing bag’ but I do think you should at least be able to get everything in that you need for its intended purpose and without forcing the zipper! There are what seems like designated pockets in the foldable case/inset and none of my items seemed to fit. The ice packs do slip easily into their pockets and for us lasted at least 6 hours when I tested it out (left in on my kitchen windowsill in the sun). I put it altogether exactly as I would as if I was taking out with me. The ice packs were still really cold & would last at least another hour. It’s just a shame it’s not a little deeper.

Très bonne surprise avec cette pochette isotherme ! Elle est spacieuse et offre une très bonne capacité, ce qui permet d’emporter facilement tout le nécessaire sans avoir à faire de compromis. Les matériaux sont qualitatifs, les finitions sont soignées et l’ensemble paraît vraiment solide et durable. Le cadran d’affichage de la température est un vrai plus : il permet de contrôler facilement la température intérieure et apporte une certaine tranquillité d’esprit, notamment lors des déplacements. Le seul petit bémol est qu’elle est un peu encombrante, surtout si l’on souhaite voyager léger. Mais au vu de sa capacité, de sa qualité de fabrication et de son système de contrôle de température, cela reste largement acceptable.

Ottimo prodotto, mantiene refrigerato al meglio i prodotti (nel mio caso, un farmaco che devo sempre portare con in me in una custodia ad hoc). Ma naturalmente è utile per qualsiasi borsa frigo.

Se las compré a mi madre para un dolor en la planta del pie para el que le indicaron aplicar frío. Entran genial en un calcetín y quedan perfectas al colocarlo en el pie.

Les flacons d'insuline ne rentrent pas dans la partie réfrigérée ... et pourtant j'ai des flacons d'humalog comme sur la photographie. Mauvais achat. Je devrais mettre 0 étoile.
